Nonstick Pan That Discolours Immediately
Unfortunately, this pan has been a big letdown. After every use, it turns black, which is extremely frustrating and not what I expected from a nonstick Swiss ceramic–coated pan. Even with normal cooking and proper care, the surface discolours quickly and looks worn. Because of this, it no longer looks clean or well-maintained, and it has taken away my confidence in the quality and durability of the coating. I bought it expecting an easy-to-use, long-lasting nonstick pan, but it hasn’t lived up to those expectations at all. Overall, I’m not happy with this purchase and wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

Light, easy to use and clean.
I have a cast iron pan but I am finding its weight tricky for me to lift these days so it goes unused. So I did a lot of looking because I tend to avoid non-stick pans because the last one I had over 15 years ago, the coating came off within a year of use and I dread it happening again. I read a lot of reviews and without spending a couple of hundreds of pounds this one seems to have the best reviews. It comes packages in a nice cardboard box, so could be given as a gift As another reviewer mentions you get a proper, full sized screwdriver with this frying pan, included so that you can attach the handle via the provided scree and washer ( the screw and washer on mine were lightly screwed Into the pan so easy to find). The handle is weighted, looks very much like solid wood, tye only indicator that it wasn't on mine is where the hanging hole is, inside tye hanging hole there is a tiny moulding mark... I had, of course already washed the pan and beeswaxed the handle at that point...oops. After washing with a soft sponge and warm water with a little detergent, to remove any coating it might have that is just for packaging and storing, I am not sure if composite pan manufacturers do this, bit for cast iron wate the manufacturers do this to stop the pan rusting in storage or transit so I thought I would do the same, I lightly oiled the inside of tye pan as recommended, heated it, let it cool and then wiped off any excess oil. I tried it out today to make dosa and some lentil pancakes ( I am experimenting with non gluten recipes at the moment), cooked them as I would in my very heavy cast iron crépe pan, and it worked really well. It gets a little hotter in the centre, but otherwise good heat distribution. It was very much non stick. To clean I just wiped it out, as nothing had stuck and therefore nothing to wash off. If I was going to wash it, I would leave the pan to cool completely before putting any water in, as it is a thin pan and like other thin pans, not because of the make just because it's thin, I think it might warp if you popped it scolding hot under water, I don't know this as a fact, I don't plan on testing this theory, but I have had that happen to baking trays so thought I would mention it here , especially as it is mentioned in the product details to allow it to cool before washing. Very happy with this so far.

Great for making pancakes
Struggled with making pancakes for years. Decided to give this a go and what a difference. Cooks them evenly. Heats up quickly and the little tool you get is great for making crepes. Good non stick material. Easy to clean. Not too heavy. Nice comfortable handle. Overall very pleased highly recommend if you have an induction pan

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Works great, need a bit of fat in to cook eggs
I needed to replace my Greenworks pan (I’ve gone through a few of this brand, in different lines and sizes), and they work great at first, but if you burn something in it, they will never recover from it, and they do scratch even though you’re using a silicone or nylon spatula. I ran across this Japanese style egg pan (even though I really try to only buy made in USA, most affordable pans aren’t made so) and thought I may even be able to make a good omelette or “fry” eggs in it. And I did! (See photos) Preface: I don’t use it for the traditional Japanese omelettes as shown in the photos/video (wish I was that skilled!), just regular “western cooking”. Only used it a handful of times so far, but here’s my opinion: -You must use some kind of fat to cook in it: I tried an egg without any oil and it stuck to the bottom, though it never burned, but I was able to still get my egg off, albeit “broken”. -I made eggs a few times, used very little (like half a tsp of it) coconut oil or avocado oil, and the eggs just slid around the pan like nothing else! -You should keep it on medium/low (says not higher than 302F), and not heat it without food, so it won’t go in oven imho, but it does “fry” well at max 6-7 ( my electric stove has a 2-4-6-8-10 temperature, so I keep it between 6 and 8 usually, so medium): if you brush/spread or spray your oil in it and crack your egg on top, while your pan is just put on heat, it’ll still cook just perfectly so and slide off. -The fat really keeps it from sticking. If you do not plan to use any fat, this probably won’t work for things like eggs, but it’ll do “non fat” bacon or other food that releases some kind of fat even minimally. -I made an omelette (See photos) with inclusions, and it will make you a perfect rectangle, roll well with the provided spatula, and slide easily off onto your plate. Again, very little oil, but it is needed. -I also cooked turkey bacon it it, without any fat, and it crisped it up very well, then came clean with a damp paper towel. -It will wipe off clean with a paper towel or you can wash it with dish soap and a soft sponge (no scrubbing) if you must, but it’s almost unnecessary if you wet the paper towel first. It’s light enough to work with one hand, but it’s not a super-light pan like some flimsy ones. Seems very solid with a thick bottom. Conclusion: -I’ve used this pan only maybe 10 times, so I can’t really tell you how long it’ll last (I didn’t rate that part). I don’t plan to forget it on stove like I’ve done with another pan (yeah I know, my fault), so if all the above happens, this pan will probably last me a very long time. The rectangular size is perfect for many things including ham or bacon. Always use oil, or butter if you must. Only “cons” I can think of is, I wish it came with a lid, as I don’t think I’ll ever find one that’ll fit, and I’d probably pay a pretty penny for one, if I really wanted it, cause of its size. But it doesn’t take anything away from the pan’s functionality. There was another brand that did come with a lid, but this one sold me for some reason. I’m very happy with my purchase so far. Thumbs up. 👍🏼

Perfekt 👌

will last long if good care provided
i have this pan since months now and use it almost every day. I am careful with not overheating it and washing it with gentle sponge , never using metal inside, and the coating is still perfect, the non stick effect too!
