A: My watch came with 24 month technical support which covers replacement parts. My heart rate function has developed a fault and I was offered a refund (as sold by a 3rd party seller) I will just buy another. Hope this helps

A: Yes. In a lot of cases you have to touch the screen to activate the watch or alternatively press the power button on the  side. So when rhe watch  is "Sleeping" like a  computer does "In Sleep Mode"..." touching
