Worked for step down on water tubing
Used these to step down a larger hose for keeping a grinding wheel wet. They have not leaked and appear to be holding up just fine.

Not a glamorous item but does exactly what I needed to complete my job !

Breaks easily
The fit was nice and tight, but as I passed the connection through a 2” hole, it snapped in half. This happened twice. I would understand this happening if it happened under stress but it happened passing through a countertop with no resistence except for the hose naturally turning.
