I have a long torso so they fit in my stage two faja perfectly. I can also cut them into strips for added comfort in the band around my upper stomach as well as bra straps. I had lipo and scar revision so typically layer 1-1/2 of these pads underneath my faja & they work perfectly. I use 1 full pad for the upper torso and I cut another pad in half and placed it over the incision on my lower torso so that my faja and ab board do not rub on my incision. As I continue to heal, I wear these everyday and I can see a noticeable difference with post surgical swelling. Also, I throw these in the wash, dry on very low heat and they are as good as new.I am 4 weeks post surgery and I started using these pads at 2 weeks post op. This is when the Steri-Strips fell from my incision and I was instructed by my physician at my 2 week post op to use these.
