Works perfectly for dry and sensitive skin
Love the hydration this cleanser gives on my sensitive skin. Remeoves most all makeup with a double cleanse without stripping the skin, the Hydroboost miceller water removes the rest, even water proof products. Fragrance is very mild, and appealing. Very easy to use, just wish it came with a pump dispenser. Great price point for size, and cleases exactly as described. Will definitely purchase again

Best makeup remover
This is the best to get makeup off. Doesnโt leave anything on your face. Feels smooth and no greasy. Only thing I use!

Easily melts makeup away!
I have sensitive eyes and I have used many different makeup removers in my lifetime. Neutrogena Micellular Cleansing Milk does not disappoint. I do wish the formula was a bit thicker, but their thicker gel formula burned my eyes. Simply squeeze about a quarter size dollop on finger tips (both hands) and rub it over your face, concentrating on eyes, using both index and long fingers to rub in circular motions. Use a warm wet washcloth to remove any final traces of the "melted" mascara, foundation concealers, eyeshadow, eye and lip liners, It literally melts the mascara right off, you will be able to tell by the feel of your lashes when they are clean. Just for the record, I do not use waterproof mascara. When your eyes are sensitive as mine, you find brands that don't cause irritation and you stick with them. No greasy films like oils or petroleum jelly. If you don't love this, contact Neutrogena, they stand behind their products!

Baby-butt-soft face.
Let me start by saying, I am allergic to EVERYTHING. It is so hard for me to find anything to clean my face that won't set off my rosacea, my psoriasis or dermatitis. I. Am. Miserable. I spend a lot of my free time searching SkinSafe for something, ANYTHING I can use to use on my nearly 50 yr old skin. Let alone hair, body... I'll not go into THAT. The Neutrogena Makeup Melting Nourishing Micellar Milk with 7% Emollient-Vitamin Complex is a godsend. I cannot sing its praises high or loud enough. I use it daily/nightly as my first step when not wearing makeup, 2nd if I am (only because I use the Neutrogena make up removing wipe first). I pour about a quarter size dollop in my hand, warm it up with the other hand and cover my face. Then on a cotton pad, I add about a dime size dollop to wet the pad and wipe my entire face until it has pretty much melted into my skin. I do not rinse immediately. I work it in with the pad for about 2 minutes. It's the easiest, most worthwhile (and immediately obvious) step in my routine. I could honestly be happy with just that step. It leaves my skin SOO soft. Like baby booty soft. And plump, too! I'm not dry, or tight, or red and angry. I can't help but to touch my cheeks in awe. Once my face is mostly dry I start in with the rest of my routine. The bottle lasts FOR-e-ER. This is a MUST in my skin care routine. I'm terrified this will be taken off the shelves, and I'll have to start the search to replace it. Until then, however, I will keep this in stock on -my- shelf. Luckily, the cost is a pittance to the benefits. I would pay more. Much more. It is truly free of fragrance, sulfates, parabens, and those nasty little Benzoates that are the bane to my balsam of peru allergic existence. *shakes plaque prone fist at the beauty industry as a whole* If, like me, you have a sensitivity to fragrance or benzoates, give this a try. I can't live without it. Hopefully I won't have to.

Works very well
Good size, lots of product inside. If you use small amounts (don't need a lot), it lasts for awhile!

Excellent product! Better than micellar water for removing waterproof eye makeup.
This review is for Neutrogena Makeup Melting Nourishing Micellar Milk. ( I have noticed that Amazon often lumps together reviews for different products, which is confusing when researching a specific product.) I always use the most waterproof mascara I can find, and for years relied on Cover Girl's Clean oil-based eye-makeup remover, but which has apparently been taken off the market. I have tried various "oil-free" alternatives including micellar water. The best of those was the La Roche Posay Dual Phase product, but that is quite expensive and just didn't last all that long. I decided to try this product from Neutrogena instead and found it very effective in quickly removing all eye makeup without rubbing and pulling out lashes. While the instructions recommend using a cotton pad for this, I have found that just putting a pea-size drop on my finger and gently massaging it over my closed eye, then wiping it off with a tissue works just as well. If any residue remains, it is easily washed off when washing my face, and it does not irritate my eyes. Also the bottle should last me quite a while, so it's economical to use as well. Really glad I found this!

It ok
I like the farmacy makeup remover balm but it is 70 dollars for a value size. Hence trying this product for a cheaper alternative, and why I dont like it. compared to the balm this turns to a watery substance and it removes sunscreen and make up pretty well but I just dont like this. I rinse it in the shower and it leaves a light residue, ai guess thats the moisturizing effect. Maybe you can get better results if you wipe it off, but i just dont like this.
