Both sizing chart are correct. You can your bust, waist and hip measurement in inches in order to get the most accurate sizing and compare it in our size chart.

**Q: Will this product eliminate back fat/rolls even in fitted t-shirts?**
A: No. It will smooth them out a bit but definitely not enough compression to eliminate.

**Q: Is it comfortable or the material will suffocate you?**
A: It is suffocating! I wore it once and don't know what to do with it now. I know I will never wear it again.
