Amazing chair
This chair was delivered in 3 different shipments by fedex within one week. It was easy to put them together. I was totally satisfied and It was worth of money. It has heat and strong massage pressure. It has timer 15 min every cycle. I highly recommend this. For this price you got real gem. This chair do its function. I love it.

Good for about 8 months and poor customer service
Broken within a year. I was so excited that I could return it for a replacement then that became a nightmare trying to find boxes to fit it in and then I had to send it back in 3 boxes per the company. Which caused me to spend money on big enough boxes to ship it back before a replacement was sent. After the the poor communication and hassle of buying boxes I just asked for a refund. I will not do business with this company again.

Good for the cost
This chair does not have the “L” track and rollers like the video shows. It has the spinning discs. There is nothing for your butt and thighs. However, for the money, I’m still impressed. I like the controls on the side vs a remote. My teens do charge their phones with the usb while in the chair.

Damaged and missing parts
When i received the boxes and opened it, the foot part was badly damaged, I thought ok maybe i can stick it together. So i decided to mount up the chair. But to my surprised, the main electrical wire to connect to the main controls were not there. I cannot use the chair, No way to operate it.

The Best
I have a big room in the house we moved in and I was looking to put a chair in my room and I wanted a massager. The price was great, i didn't want to spend thousand's but I do know those chairs are good but for the price this char is so awesome. It massages your calves, arms, back, neck, feet I mean everything. The only that I had to do is put a blanket on the back cause the massager was a little hard on my back.

Quality control is terrible the screw doesn’t align in the front
Works great. I mainly got it for my back. But the sides do not align at the fornt of the chair. The screw on the side in the front doesn’t align. But I don’t care too much about the sides I purchased mainly for my upper back.
