SHARP! Buy protective gloves
These knives are real fillet knives. Sharp as a preachers tongue with a 28° to 30° edge. Do NOT use these knives without wearing cut proof gloves. If you slip, you’re gonna regret not wearing them. I’m going to get another knife set for hunting camp gear.

Danco is the best
Danco probably makes the best filet knives for the price in the world. This set is fantastic....three different sizes of filet knives made of high quality German steel and coated with Teflon to filet faster and cleaner. The carrying pouch is nothing remarkable, but it does help you keep all three knives together and our of harm's way. But the knives are of excellent quality with just enough flex in the blades to make them cracker jack filet knives.....and at a really good price. If you are a fisherman, this would be an excellent addition to your boat, tackle box or filet table.

Decent for the price
Blades are sharp. Seem decent for the price. The carrying sleeve isn’t the best. I wish the 9” blade was more the style of the 7”. The 9” is stiff in comparison.
