I love this stuff. I started using it spring 2025 after a friend recommended it. Since then, my garden has flourished. I use it in pots and on the ground. It locks in moisture. It helps to compartmentalise your flowers & shrubs. It suppresses most weeds incl that awful mares tale. I haven’t seen a single slug and barely any snails. It feeds the soil with nutrients. It’s such a good buy and an investment in your garden. If you enjoy gardening and are serious about keeping it healthy & looking good, I would recommend Strulch. It’s a lot better than bending down to do the weeding too!

Excellent for keeping slugs and snails at bay in garden bedding and pots. Also really great for suppressing weeds. And keeps my plants hydrated longer as it keeps moisture in. Very pleased with the product. Started using this last year after a friend recommended it. Easy to apply and stays in place. Looks clean and neat. Has a soft straw like appearance. Wear gloves while handling. Has a mild but not unpleasant earthy sweet smell that dissipates over time.

This summer I am having trouble with foxes digging deep holes under my new fences. In desperation I filled holes and used Strutch straw mulch all round the perimeter as an experiment, and it worked!.Plants that had partly exposed roots have recovered. The ground looks tidier and earth is holding more water.I have purchased 4 more bags and will spread it around the rest of the garden ..Others have mentioned a strange smell. But I found it quite acceptable. I like this product and will recommend it .

Such a great product. Perfect for mulching plants/borders, preventing weed growth and reducing the amount of slugs and snails. It smells incredible too. It contrasts against my plants really well too. Really good value for money buying two

Natural Straw Mulch has been a life-safer for the plants. It's prevented slugs and snails attacking the young plants. Being a natural straw mulch it has broken down well so has added nourishment to the soil. It looks good and gives the garden a well cared for appearance. Safe to use. Have used Strulch for a few years and have recommended it to others. It's better for the soil than using slug pellets which are full of chemicals. It has a faint fresh odour when the bag is first opened which indicates the product is natural and genuine, and the odour soon disappears. Recommend

1 bag covers a lot of my garden border, it doesn't smell bad, looks smarter than woodchip mulch, and most of all it is really easy to manage. Easy to get the bag across my garden without help from anyone else, and easy to get it out of the bag in individual handfuls or more, whatever you prefer at the time. So far I'm impressed!!
