The product came sealed. It looks as if it’s in good condition to be used when needed. Have used this product before and didn’t realize I could buy from Amazon. Grateful to have found them.

This thing is an absolute joke. It's flimsy plastic. You have to bend the plastic upward to get the padding under your chin (per instructions) but there is nothing to keep it in that position.. you need to have a really long neck in order for it to fit. If you place the shoulder area of the brace on top of your shoulders. It puts the chin part of the brace up closer to your eyes. It would then be considered a face mask, not a neck brace. Don't waste your money like I did. Your better off buying duct tape and putting that around your neck than using this so called brace

My daughter rodeo's and does mounted shooting. I am a nurse and keep a 'go bag' in the horse trailer. You just never know. A lot of Rodeo's are rural and do not have EMS standing by. I have used 3 of these in the last 2 years on accidents related to horses. Many times having at least 20 min before EMS arives and protecting the neck is so important. This is nice to have around for 'just in case'.

I liked the ease of function and affordability. The correct sizing was easily obtained using instructions. Very please with the product and I would definitely approve for purchase to friends and family.

The brace is too big for my husband. I didn't even remove it from the packaging. I wasn't satisfied with the padding. It's too thin & a bit too stiff. This might work well for someone else, but my husband is 92 & frail. Thankfully, I was able to get the money back.
