I’m a neck fan kind of lady🪭
This is worth every penny!!! I purchased for soccer games and end of the school year when my room is going above 78 degrees. I can’t tell you how many people asked me about it. I have had it over a year and still runs like the first day! Easy to charge and charge time is pretty fast. Has 3 power speeds. Can still hear people around you even at the highest speed. You can choose to wear it up so the air blows upward or down to cool off around your chest. The fan is lite weight. I ordered the white one, easy to wipe down with use. Quality product!!

Perfect for Hot Days at Disney!
I bought this neck fan for a trip to Disney, and it ended up being one of the best things I packed. The Florida heat was intense, but this fan helped keep me cool and comfortable while walking around the parks all day. The airflow is surprisingly strong, the battery lasted for several hours, and it was lightweight enough that I barely noticed I was wearing it. It’s also much quieter than I expected. If you spend time outdoors, travel to hot places, attend theme parks, or work in warm environments, I highly recommend it. It made a huge difference for me during long days in the sun. Great value for the price and definitely a 5-star product!

I like WHERE the air blows
I tried a couple different "brands" of these, mostly for color choice....and found that they aren't all created equal. Even if the all blow the same amount of air (I have no idea, but the claims are all similar), WHERE that air hits you it important. I had one that only blew on my face. This one blows all around my head, and is much more comfortable. This one has just three fan speed settings, and that's enough. Others have five or even six speeds, and the difference is too subtle. If I need more air, I want MORE air, ya know? You click the single button through each speed, but at any speed if you want it off, you just press and hold. Charging indicator LED is tiny as it should be, and shows red while charging just below the power button. It shows green when in operation. USB-c port the power button and the indicator are all near each other (not so with other brands). And I can confirm that it is REAL USB-C charging. (some cheaper devices that ship with USB-A to USB-C ONLY work with a cord like that.... meaning that it is not really USB-C protocol. This one can be used with ANY USBC cord. This is the only one I'm keeping. I haven't yet tested it in the field, but inside my hot house it sure works well. Now let's see if I'm "cool" enough to pull this off at my age looking like I'm wearing my beats!

Practical and easy to use
I got the CIVPOWER Neck Fan for my mom, and it's been a great purchase for her, especially during hot summer days. It's lightweight, comfortable to wear, and the headphone-style design keeps it securely in place without feeling bulky. The three fan speeds let her choose the right amount of airflow, and even on the highest setting it's surprisingly quiet. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time, so she can use it while walking, doing yard work, attending outdoor events, or just relaxing outside.

CIVPOWER vs JISULIFE vs ASNUG
This review is comparing 3 different brands of portable neck fans within the same price range. JISULIFE- $30, CIVPOWER- $27 , and ASNUG- $24. This is a first impression review. So I cant speak on the battery life of 2/3. Pro: •In terms of quality, I noticed no major difference between the 3. They all had a nice and smooth feel to them by touch and around my neck. • Affordable • Decent air flow • Noise level is tolerable and what you would expect from a fan this size • All came with some charge and ready to use out the box • Lightweight and doesn't seem it would cause pain with long term use • Packaged nicely Cons: The air flow is solely from the air around you, if you're in 90° weather, its blowing hot air on you which isn't cooling you down much. Ill start with the CIVPOWER neck fan, this has 3 speeds, all blow how you would expect a fan this size to blow in low medium and high. You can feel air all around for the most part but mostly at the front. This fan has a vibration to it that the other 2 didn't have, this vibration was just enough to feel and cause tickles in my face and head which made me itch LOL, so this one was an immediate no for me. Other than that there was no significance with this fan so I decided to send it back. ASNUG neck fan was the least expensive in my favorite color (blue) , while the other colors were a few more bucks. This fan also has 3 settings. What I like most about this fan is that I can feel the air blowing not only at my face but in the middle sections of the fan so behind my ears, it cools me down how I would expect a fan to do. This fan however has some irritating noise coming from it. Ive watched it in action on other reviews and came to the conclusion that it's my fan, so I'm sending this back for a replacement because not only is the price point the cheapest, it has power in a larger range. JISULIFE was my favorite. This fan is the most expensive of the 3. What I like most about this fan is that it has 5 speeds. The first 3 are comparable with the other 2 fans and then it goes up 2 more notches! The highest is serious. This is the only reason its my favorite though. But just like the CIVPOWER fan, this one too does not have too much power fanning on the mids and back of the neck! This fan is the only one that I kept out the box and took it for a test drive. I used it 2 days at work and a night out driving with no ac, it was humid that night at about 80°. This is how I know that these are not the best in hot temperatures despite some other reviews. I will say , I had it on the highest flow, no ac on in the car and my windows all down, I didnt think it made any difference until it died and then , I broke a sweat so while yes, its not the best in hot temperatures, it did work a little but this was with the sun fully down so take that how you may. At work, im nothing but sweating once I get into my shift, with this fan is didnt sweat once. I had it on from 630am - 215pm and turned it off a total of 20min in that whole period of time. When I left work and got home , It was still running and hadn't died. What I dislike most about this fan is the size comparison to the other 2 fans, its bigger and on me it feels the air should be an inch further back and that is because of its size. I also don't like that there is no warning for low battery, it just shuts off. There is no indication its dying and there is no indication that its almost charged either. The charge time takes a good while, my phone charges faster than this fan which was unexpected but for now this doesn't affect me as I plug it up at night and take it off when I wake up or if its done when I wake up threw the night. I don't imagine this being an issue unless I forget to change it on a rare occurrence but I did test to see if it had pass through charging , in which it does. So if you NEED the fan and its dead and you're near a power source, plug it in and use it simultaneously. This can be seen as another pro of the JISULIFE fan. All in all I decided on keeping the JISULIFE and the ASNUG neck fans. If the ASNUG had the 5 different power settings that the JISULIFE does, ASNUG would be CLEAR winner considering the size and range it gives but for now I do feel JISULIFE has one upped them because of how high it goes. I do plan to update with comments to the charging time and battery life of the ASNUG to truly compare it to the JISULIFE. I do hope this has helped atleast someone make a decision. Those who stuck threw and read it all, I appreciate you reading my opinion.

Love this thing
Between the humidity and heat of the concrete jungle that is Manhattan and my hot flashes, July was just unbearable. I didn’t care if I looked like a dork, I needed serious relief and wanted a hands-free option. This was a god send!!! It actually doesn’t look that dorky- a bit like headphones. I got the white with shiny copper accents that I wish weren’t there- but still a better look than my sweaty ”I am dying” face. The noise level is tolerable. The lowest setting is what I use most often and I barely notice it anymore. On highest power the noise can be distracting, but nothing compared with Manhattan background noise. Battery life is surprisingly good for this price. If I use it on high a lot, it will need to be charged daily. If I use it on low or medium, and turn it off when I’m in an AC environment, it only needs to be charged every two days. I wish there was an indication of how much charge is left so I don’t end up with a dead battery outside in the heat. This is very lightweight. I only notice it when I’ve been wearing it outside for 6 hours or more. By then I’m noticing other things like my feet more, lol! If there was some cushioning where it hits the collar bone it may make it even more comfortable- BUT, I imagine that would be difficult to clean. This is easier to wipe down. My long hair has only once gotten through the vents, but for some reason, it didn’t pull- just made a clicking sound. I don’t know how exactly, my hair was easily pulled out without damage. Never happened again and I don’t pay attention to my hair falling over it. It’s sturdy too. I’ve dropped it on asphalt and no harm done. I think I was lucky though. I have had it clunking around with books and a laptop in a big tote without damage either. The constant wind in my face can be a bit drying of the eyes, so I sometimes wear it upside down and have it blow down my back. But the cooling effect is not as good. I’ve used this thing daily for the past 2-3 months and love it. It’s made summer and peri-menopause much more tolerable for me. I’m thinking of getting one for each of my family members as we are planning on visiting a hot and humid country soon. I really don’t want to hear the kids whine about it being too hot!

Cool It! It's hot in here.
This is a great fan for those of us that can sweat even when it's not summer. Sometimes I get to working hard indoors and get too hot and not sitting in one place to use a conventional fan. This comes with me and really helps me stay cool enough to keep going. It has Low, Medium, and High. You push the button once to switch between speeds then once again to turn it off. I really appreciate that it is USB C since everything seems to be going that way. It does come with it''s own cord, USB A to C and is 21" inches long. I don't see anything special about the cable so any USB C power cable should charge it just fine. There is a tiny Red light that comes on just below the power button on the right when charging (Solid). Green when operating, Off when charged. Functionally it does have a good breeze but since I have a beard I am a little concerned that a hair may be sucked into it and yank it out. If these were headphones the air inlet is where you'd put headphones on your ears. The fan is like a squirrel cage and not like a normal fan blade. Overall this looks like it should last quite a while. The body is made of three pieces. The left and right sides where the fans and air comes out and the back part that rests against your neck. The to fan pieces are a little different white than the back piece but it doesn't look bad. It appears that the back part is what is ever so slightly flexible so you can get it on. You load it around your neck from the back as it doesn't flex enough to open it up over your head like you do headphones. Where the pieces come together there is a rubbery plastic plug that looks to be pressure fit. Beneath it there is a single Phillips screw, probably #0. Logically that must be where the battery is and while I'm sure it wasn't designed to be user serviceable, I'm sure if you're handy you could probably take it apart and replace the battery once it stops taking a charge but the instruction book says that you shouldn't attempt it. Pro's: It does a good job at creating enough of a breeze that it'll keep. you cool It uses USB C to charge Easy 1 button operation, easy to operate Cons: The openings for air ingress is open to the lower part of your jaw line/neck and could suck a stray hair in if you also have a beard. Not very flexible so if you have a big neck then it may be tighter than you want No overcharge circuit Don't leave it anywhere that could reach 140F, like in your car during the summer as it says that the battery could become hot and leak/explode. No frills packaging, If you want super nice Apple Style packaging this isn't it but it's a fan, it's not really that expensive so I wasn't really looking for a fancy box Tiny writing on the tiny manual but if you can't see it, use your phone camera and zoom in Nothing in the box mentions how long the warranty is for the product but it does give you two email addresses for product support, why two, I have no clue but they are as follows and says that emails are answered within 24 hours. [email protected] [email protected] Input: 5V 1A Max 3W (I assume power consumption but it's not clear) Charge time 3-5 Hrs Runtime 3-16 hours (I assume it's depending on if you're using Low, Med, High and I assume ambient temp) Overall it's a good fan and will keep you cool.
