Santiago Elite 2-Person Ultra Low EMF (Under 3 MG) FAR Infrared Sauna, Curb Side Delivery

Delivery and order process was very smooth. Ordered sauna was contacted by seller for additional contact and shipping information. Was provided with tracking numbers, shipper called ahead to verify shipping address and provide delivery date and time. Product was shipped from California to Maine and arrived one day early. Boxes were packaged very well. Did end up having one bench heater that had some damage that was primarily cosmetic and did not affect function and seller promptly shipped a replacement part. Assembly directions were easy to follow. The sauna works great and seems to be well built.

Really Nice!Arrived well packed on a pallet, with extra wood and packing to protect all the pieces.I actually put it together myself, so it’s possible, but with two adults it would be easier. The glass door and frame is too heavy for one person to carry, so I simply unscrewed the glass panel from the door frame, to reduce the weight, then screwed it back on once I had carried all the pieces to its location.I had another brand years ago, and that was shipped in half height wall segments. These are full height walls, and the heating elements are already installed, so it goes together very easily.Only issue was that the unit kept powering down— I opened the transformer unit and found a clip that had a loose wire. All good now.Very enjoyable, easy to construct, easy to use! And if anything goes wrong with the electronics, they are all in an easily accessible recessed area on the top/ceiling of the sauna.
