This is one of the best. This imparts the smoky flavor smoking meats do without the possible kidney cancer risk smoking and grilling does. I’ve heard powdered smoke and liquid smoke are much healthier. I put it on ribs, wrap them in foil and bake at 425 for 2 hours and then brush on some sauce and throw them on the grill. I’ve had friends and family eat 1 1/2 lbs of ribs in a sitting!
