King of Games: Yugi's Legendary Decks

If you are a fan of the show or have a friend or family member who is, this product is a dream gift come true. It has possibly the best value out of all the legendary decks release so far. It has all his most famous card from all the seasons of the show right up to the finale. If you don't know who the character these cards are based around is. He is basically the superman/hero of the show. For a fan of the show there is not need to say any more. This set contains the full set of Exodia in ultra rare! That makes this set alone worth it right there. You could sell those 5 cards for more than the base price of the whole box! If that's not a seller right there for some people, I don't know what is. It comes with 3 starter decks themed around Yugi Muto's cards though the original series. The decks have some really powerful cards that can be used in any modern Yu-Gi-Oh! deck. The nostalgia Is strong with this one. Also these decks are a great place to start for those of you who wish to start playing or return to playing. All in all it's a great price, with great quality cards and I'm in love with Yu-Gi-Oh! all over again. Highly recommended. Five stars for a quality product that is sure to please both fans, friends and family. If you are interested in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Buy this one. You won't be disappointed. It's time to duel!

I bought two of these boxes. I bought my first one from Amazon, and the second one at my local Target. As you can see, this box is very expensive on Amazon. I just bought a second box from my local Target yesterday. These boxes are a lot more cheaper if you get them from your local Wall Mart and or Target. They're selling these boxes for $32.92 (This is the exact price I paid for my second box at my Target) at Wal-Mart and or Target. If you want to save yourself some money, check to see if these boxes are at your local Wall Mart and or Target first before purchasing them through Amazon. Other than that, if you feel the need to buy them through Amazon, then go ahead, it's worth every penny. I'm just trying to save some of you some money if you're reading this review. Now to the box review. This box comes with a lot of great cards in the show. In Yugi's Exodia/Duelest Kingdom deck, you get all five pieces of Exodia, Yugi's original Dark Magician (Common Card/Print), Black Luster Soldier(Ritual & Envoy of the Beginning), and a lot of other cool cards. You get three copies of Dark Magician, Dark Magician Girl, Yugi M's cards he used against Atem, and some great promo cards as a bonus. If you're a Yu-Gi-Oh fan, get this box, but also consider what I said about checking to see if you see them in stock at your local Wall Mart and or Target.

I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. All the cards were there neatly organized and packaged. Such an amazing price for those looking to recreate the king of games deck build. You get almost every single card atem used at such a low cost compared to spending hundreds on individual cards or entire deck replicas. Overall absolutely ecstatic at this buy and really brings back nostalgia of the old days. Only downsides to this is one minor card, and that would be card of sanctity. It’s not the original card of sanctity where each player draws until they have 6 cards. Rather it’s the newer version which kinda sucks but oh well ya know? Besides that being a downside the complete absence of yugis silver fang wolf monster not included in his duelist kingdom deck is another downside. But overall 5* makes for a perfect gift and a well suitable collection builder for those who love the king of games whether playing competitive or just collecting an absolute must buy for all. It’s a nerds paradise in a box! Absolutely loved this product and would definitely buy again. With these cards I can definitely say my atem deck is nearly complete in its entirety. For those who seek to buy this product it’s well worth it! Anyways in the words of the great pharaoh himself, “It’s time to d-d-d-Duel!”

Its honestly a pretty good buy. I bought these because I heard it comes with a lot of classic cards used by Yugi in the anime tv show, and it honestly is a great bang for your buck type of deal. not only does it come with all 5 pieces of exodia, but it comes with several different versions of dark magician and dark magician girl, buster blader, valkyrie the magna warrior, as well as other holos like swords of revealing light and mirror force. Also comes with some pretty useful trap and spell cards that can be used together with the magicians and spellcaster monsters. Overall not a bad deck at all, you also get all 3 original egyptian god cards, however they cant be used in a duel, but look amazing nonetheless. Would make a great christmas gift for any yugioh fan!

Great set for collectors. The box is a great display piece. Just make sure to replace the plastic holder inside with some styrofoam and and black clothe to make it really look good. The duelist kingdom deck is about 90% accurate, but is missing a few low level monsters. The Battle City deck is about 70% accurate, missing a couple of magic cards. The Dawn of the Duel deck is where the set falls a little flat. Since Yugi used more than 40 cards in Duelist Kingdom and Battle city and these decks are limited to 40 cards each, a few of the cards that wouldn't fit in the previous two decks were jammed into the Dawn of the Duel deck. So you've got to take a few cards from that deck and add them back into duelist kingdom and battle city, leaving the dawn of the duel deck pretty bare bones. You're definitely going to have to buy a couple cards to make the dawn of the duel deck near accurate. Also for some reason the Battle city deck includes 5-6 Arkana cards. Feels a little weird since this is a deck dedicated to Yugi. Regardless, a great buy for collectors, just needs a little extra work on your part tracking down the missing cards.

everything arrived fast. had every card shown in the pictures people posted and all but 1 deck wasn't bent a little from handling. sadly my stubby fingers trying to open the plastic around the cards and bent the corner of one deck but no problem since it was the deck that was already a little bent. i ordered them to put in sleeves to mount to my wall but about broke my heart to separate them from the decks. i will probably have to eventually buy more so i have some more not for the wall. also the deck that was bent was the magician of black chaos deck. And all cards were real not fakes, just reprints

Oh, where do I even start with this. to say I was impressed is an understatement. the whole thing is just beautiful frankly. from the box to the cards this just doesn't disappoint. the cards are lovingly presented, The Yugioh token cards and rare cards are gorgeous, the cards and art work spot on. Basically i love the whole package. I was really impressed with the box to. the design is beautiful, a lovely homage to the Manga's Egyptian root's. I was a massive fan of the anime, which was how I can to the series. I didn't realise it was based on a manga until later. but the show got me into the card game and 20 years on I still have my first edition, first ever deck born from the first starter decks and card's. and as always The Dark Magician was my favourite card, always was, always will be. This King of Games legendary deck's set brings together all the best card's from the 3 main arc's of the show, from duelist kingdom to battle city and more. The game has changed so much over the years that allot of the old cards are becoming more and more redundant (or just out right banned or limited for official tournaments) as the game evolves and moves on but I've always duelled old school and I've found that the best cards aren't always the newest. These decks are a great trip down memory lane AND if you duel to the rules but not the registrations (i.e. in Official tournaments) then these decks can still pack a punch. All in all well worth the asking price :)

Bien cuidado el producto, sin daños en la caja mas que un dobles, las tarjetas están en excelentes condiciones y son decks de colección muy buenos. Completamente sellado y con etiqueta nueva, los mazos igual con sello. No sirve para venta individual o para hacerse alguna ganancia por el costo individual de las cartas. Dado que es una edición nueva de colección, sus tarjetas valen poco, pero son excelentes para tener los mazos de Yugi completos, mago y maga oscura vienen como comunes.

En réalité, je savais un peu où je mettais les pieds, je connaissais le jeu avant d'acheter ces cartes ci, Et c'était déjà un jeu / manga que j'appréciais à l'époque. Ce coffret pour en revenir au produit est vraiment bien fourni, les cartes y sont de grandes qualité, et c'est même surprenant d'avoir ce niveau de rareté à ce prix! Et il y a la quantité: 3 Deck jouables de bon niveaux et ajouter à cela quelques cartes ultra limitées! En somme, je suis vraiment très content de mon acquisition, et encore plus heureux de pouvoir me replonger après tant d'années dans un univers que j'affectionne particulièrement :D Chaudement recommandé aux collectionneurs et autres fans de première heure!
