How warm can this get before it is no longer good? We left this in our sunroom where it easily gets up to 100 degrees in the summer, is it still good?

Thanks for the question! Your Essential E will still be good up to 100 degree heat. 120 degrees is where the Vitamin E starts to go the other way. Also, the container is white and opaque and that protects the product from sun.

There is 500iu of Vitamin E per ounce and each pump = 1 ounce. We recommend 2 ounces (1000iu) per head per day.
