I am 30" waist and the medium is perfect. I've switched most of my underwear to this type of Jockey. It feels very comfortable during the winter and the summer. I have pairs from almost 4 years ago and they are still holding up. I'll likely continue buying more when I need.

The ad did say, "no fly design" which I missed. If you want your junk to stick out front and center, these are for you. I also always wondered why guys would take their pants down if front a urinal, and this is the reason why. These hold your junk in the center, just showing it off! I have always worn left, and these are unusual as they befit some guys that I knew that were into attracting guys. Let your junk show!!! I for one, want to wear left and need a slot in front so I can use a urinal without taking my pants down. Just my opinion for an 81 year old guy.

I have been buying jockey for years for underwear. Their "rapid cool" or other microfiber underwear were a staple in my drawer. I tried many other brands and none compared. The seams give out after a year which is fine so I went to order my new ones this week. The new underwear they sent is half as thick as what I have been using for the past year. The seams are no longer flat but a hard lump down my leg. They don't hold my skin as well as before and I expect discomfort as they feel like a cheap knock off walmart brand. These are stupid expensive, they always have been. Now they are the same quality of $3 underwear. Oh well. 2020 strikes again...
