the product seems deceivingly small physically, but it does its work. It's very helpful for disinfection purposes and sanitizing also if you have problems for lice and bugs at home. Maybe the issue would be the parts and accessories as it was design with least. I can say for its purpose it would be 10/10 accessories wise 6/10, although Overall I will give it 8/10 based on purpose. I would recommend that every household shjould have appliance as this as it would help your rooms and surrounding perfectly clean.

Vorteile - kompakt und schöne Verarbeitung des Geräts - Wertigkeit des gesamten Systems (18 teiliges Zubehör, grundsolide und stabile Rohre und Handteile) - Permanenter starker Dampf ohne Unterbrechung - Feststelltaste für einfaches Arbeiten - großer Tank (ca. 1,2 Liter) - stabiler Schlauch - leise - Benutzung intuitiv durch einschalten an einem Knopf (orange aufheizen und grün bereit) - Kabelaufwicklung - Keine zusätzlichen Reiniger benötigt - Fensterdüse löst Schmutz und gleich abziehen und nachwischen - reichhaltiger Shop für Zubehörteile sowie Ersatzteile verfügbar - eingebauter Einfülltrichter (im Body integriert) - einfache Entkalkung (Essig oder entkalker einfüllen und über Nacht stehen lassen und ausschütten) - Kundendienst reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen freundlich und kompetent Es gibt zu dem Preis und der Leistung im Grunde keine echten Nachteile, jedoch zu beachten: - UK Stecker mit Deutschland Adapter wird mitgeliefert - keine Halterung für Teleskop (muss dann eben abgelegt werden) Ich habe bislang Kühlschrank schnell abgetaut und gereinigt (Minuten!). Fenster, Türen, Kaffeemaschine- Brühgruppe von Kaffeefett befreit, Fugen die der Handwerker neu Fugen wollte von Farbe des Vormieters befreit, Steckdose (abgebaut), Rillen, Kacheln, Herd, Fliesenspiegel, Badewanne, Waschbecken Siphon (Seifenreste), Toilettenrand gereinigt und Hemden und Sakko aufgedampft. Ohne zusätzliche Chemie. Die Reichweite ist für Frühjahrsputz mit allem aufgezählten 50% (die Fugen waren eine Ausnahme und ist bei Standard Reinigung nicht so schwer wie bei mir) und zum schnellen Reinigen von Flächen von 140qm ausreichend auf eine Füllung gesehen. Absolut begeistert! Ich verwende auch noch alte Mikrofaser die ich einfach in die Bodendüse einklicke!

Great little steam cleaner. It comes with several attachments including microfiber towels and one white cloth attachment as well as a number of small brush heads and one wire brush head. All the attachments are well constructed and feel really durable. The steamer itself is about the size of a small box with one button to turn on and off and one screw plug for filling. The steam pressure and quality of the steam is the same as a much more expensive steamer. The steam is 'dry' as in it doesn't have hot water carried over into the steam like on the cheaper units. It is a small unit and cannot run all day but it has enough capacity to do almost all the jobs you can find around the house. I deep cleaned a cooker that was covered in greasy oil, it made the job a lot easier although I did use chemicals as well. I use this steamer everyone I clean/detail a car. It is great at getting into the smaller cracks and crevices and on surfaces that I don't want to use chemicals on. It's great to use on the car door jams and gives a really professional finish and clean look. Out of the attachments, I have only used the white cloth (to steam clean the leather seats with good results) and the small brush attachment I use all the time, it's great. I highly recommend this steam cleaner especially to any car detailing enthusiasts. Or anyone with a young family that needs to clean and sanitise surfaces without the use of strong chemicals that could leave residue behind. My few small issues with this cleaner are: The steam hose is permanently connected the the steamer unit itself, it would be a lot easier to store if this was removable. The handle would be nice to have a hook on it, when your cleaning instead to have to lay the handle on the floor, you could hook it on a door or chair, it's not possible to just lay the handle on a table because the hose itself is very well constructed and heavier than the handle and always falls down. These two points are only small and would not prevent me from buying this product again however my biggest issue with this cleaner is that the electric cord is stored underneath the unit itself. It's quite difficult to unravel before use and after use you have to wait until the unit it completely cooled before trying to swirl the cord back in position before storing. The cord should be placed on the top or the side or it should have some spring mechanism same as many vacuum cleaners have that will pull the cord back into position. This would make me give this 4.5 stars instead of 5 but as it is a good cleaner and I cannot give .5 star ratings, benefit of doubt to give full 5 stars.

Excellent produit, petit, ergonomique, se range facilement, parfait pour les petits et grands espaces, le fil de branchement est très long permettant un nettoyage de tout mon appartement sans avoir à le débrancher, il s' enroule sous l' appareil. Un petit entonnoir intégré permet un remplissage facile de la cuve. le manche est suffisamment long pour nettoyer les murs et le plastique est de bonne qualité. les différents embouts sont nombreux et très efficaces, les joints de la salle de bain sont aussi propres qu' au premier jour. le sol glisse tant il est propre, les murs et les portes sont impeccables. La puissance de vapeur est parfaite. Je suis convaincue de la nécessité de posséder un tel appareil pour avoir un intérieur très propre, frais sans utiliser de produits nuisibles pour la santé. Je le recommande sans hésitation, c' est un très bon investissement.

Habe gestern den 11.4.2019 das gerät erhalten, die Freude war gross . Es war alles sehr gut verpackt die Ware war sehr vielversprechend sah richtig gut aus. Heute am 12.4.2019 das Gerät dann 20 Min genutzt dann viel es aus , es kam kein Dampf mehr . Als ich am Stecker war roch es schon verschmort, da kam mir wieder meine Zweifel mit dem Adapter den ich vor Freude ganz vergass denn der machte mir nicht so einen tollen Eindruck .Der sass nicht richtig fest und dann die Optik war auch nicht passend da er weiss und nicht schwarz war wie der Stecker. Die Farbe wäre mir auch noch egal gewesen. So nun nach dem Ausfall habe ich das Gerät vom Stromnetz genommen und was gewartet, nun wollte ich das Gerät wieder einschalten, aber es hat sich nichts mehr getan. Der Adapter und der vorhandene Stecker rochen immer noch verkohlt, schade. Warum wird nicht gleich ein Stecker für Deutschland verwendet und man muss diesen Adapter verwenden. Wenn schon Ware in Deutschland verkauft sollte es auch für dieses Netz ohne Adapter nutzbar sein.Werde Das Gerät heute leider zurück schicken müssen. Für 160€ bekommt man auch ein Deutsches Gerät , leider hat mir hier die Form besser gefallen.
