YUP BRANDS - B-UP Protein Nutritional Bar 12 Pack (Chocolate Brownie) NET (26.2oz) TWELVE 2.2 oz (62g) bars

I'm always on the hunt for good tasting protein bars to eat on the go. I recently saw this brand of bars advertised on Facebook, so I bought a couple of their flavors. Out of the 25+ different brands of bars I've tried, this one is the worst, particularly this flavor. This was the first and only time I've ever taken one bite of a protein bar and thrown it away.

Yes, I'm hooked on these things! They aren't bursting with sugary sweetness but on the other hand they're not bland either. The flavor kind of grew on me and became an acquired taste. I really like how they have 20 grams of protein without a lot of sugar (I'm diabetic) and unlike most other protein bars they are soft enough to chew without my dentures. I've also tried the B-UP sugar cookie and vanilla peanut butter flavors and they taste okay and are chewable too, but I never got a craving for them. But the chocolate brownie ones, well, I restrict myself to only a couple per day because I'm on a limited budget. If I could afford it, I'd be pigging out on four or more a day.

Very disappointed with this flavour tastes like licorice,I'm a fan of most of the other flavours but this one was terrible.

I too was very disappointed with this new bar. My favorite is the peanut butter. I was hoping that the chocolate brownie would be similar in texture and also have chunks of chocolate. This one seems very bland. I definitely will not buy the chocolate brownie again and will be sticking to the peanut butter. Suggestion for Yup Brands....you need to go back to the tasting room on this one!!

Good cocoa flavor, not too sweet, plenty of fiber, what's not to like? A little more texture (nuts or chips), no vague "natural flavors" and a little less sodium would make this the perfect protein bar.

Read a lot of reviews says this bar was bad. It might not be as tasty as some of the others B-up offers but it isnt bad by any means and frankly has grown on me.
