Great taste compared to others
Certainly gives me a great pump, hasn't affected my stomach, compared to other reviews, I think it comes down to stomach tolerances.. Certainly would recommend..

Flavor is kinda sour patch grape. The pump is great, gets me through bench day perfect.

Improves your workout, if used correctly.
Don’t like this particular flavor. Last though my 1 1/2 hr work. Started feeling the difference in energy on day 6 of using this product. The ingredients aren’t causing any discomfort or adverse effects. I’m a user of Gaspari supplements, so I’ve come to realize and appreciate the good quality of this nutrition program.

I picked this up to try. The first day with 400 caffeine I was super amped up for hours. So I would start 1/2 scoop and adjust as you see fit
