Works as well as brand for half the price. Fits my stethoscope well (3M Littmann Classic III). Very secure haha.

Bought this kit to replace an OEM ear tip that tore recently. This replacement rubber ear tip is comfortable and fits almost like the factory tip and it costs less. Haven't had to use the other pieces in the kit yet.

These are awful. Spend the money and get the ones that are the true Littman replacement. I can’t hear anything I used to be able to hear through these.

Good in a pinch but if you have a Littman, you need the Littman part as this does not give you the cleares breath sounds.
