This is amazing! it works really well. It saves space and time! for me as a super busy person to have a walk outside, this was a life changer. Now I can play my 30 minutes of Cardio with no excuses, while watching an episode in the mid of my bedroom, standing on this equipment. I can tell u with a moderate effort; I was able to raise the BPM to 150 which is equivalent to a speed of 6.5 on a treadmill. I'm recommending this to all my friends who want to lose weight!

I love it.. no sound and very stable and easy to use.. i tried it now for a week and i believe it will make a big effect by time its a great exercise.. maybe not good for people who have knee pain.. it has a small screen counting steps and burned calories

It's the best fitness purchase ever! So easy to incorporate and use even in the busiest and laziest days. The machine itself is very compact, doesn't make any loud sounds when used, easy to use. The workout on it is very fun, but can also be super hard if you want to. I reached 183bpm with it alone! You can add resistance bands, weights, or just go for a light walk on it! Amazing

Dieses Gerät hat ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist leicht aufzubauen und erfüllt seinen Zweck hervorragend. Hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Bedienungs und Aufbauanleitung mit großer Schrift, die sogar ich lesen kann. Der Aufbau wird dort brillant beschrieben.. für alle denen das Gerät zu wackelig ist, empfehle ich es einfach gegen eine Wand einen Tisch, einen Stuhl oder einen anderen festen Gegenstand zu stellen. Damit hat man das Problem sofort beseitigt. Ich finde es aber nicht störend..

This is a sturdy and well-made little machine. I like everything about it. I had some issues with a missing washer when I got the machine, because Amazon had carelessly thrown the machine into a box. I called the customer service number on the manual and was amazed at the good quality of the customer service. A rep answered the phone promptly, spoke perfect English, and was very helpful. He explained I could use the machine without the washer and ordered a replacement part for me. I'm astonished that any company still exists that produces a solid, sturdy, functional, affordable little machine like this one and with good customer service to boot. This is how things used to be in the 1960s! I'm happy with this little machine. It's compact, easy to store, well-made, and a pleasure to use. Very simple, very functional. The display that shows steps, time, and calories is clear and easy to read. Definitely a nice workout "snack".

Utilizzo lo stepper per fare recupero attivo nei giorni di riposo o per mini sessioni cardio post allenamento. Ho optato per questa soluzione perché utilizzandolo principalmente in camera, banalmente un tapis roulant non ci stava, e questa mi sembrava un'ottima soluzione come intensità in rapporto allo spazio occupato, praticamente nullo, si può riporre tranquillamente sotto il letto o sotto la scrivania. E' un modello molto semplice, intensità regolabile con la manopola (altezza gradino), computer con info basilari (conteggio passi, tempo di utilizzo e kcal bruciate, ovviamente indicative). Purtroppo dopo 10-15 minuti comincia a diventare rumoroso, comunque se "ci si impegna" si sente il rumore dei passi anche al piano di sotto o in altre stanze. Per il resto per quello che costa lo consiglio, ovvio che è da considerarsi un'integrazione ad allenamenti più strutturati, ma anche da solo può farvi sudare, se siete a zero comunque vi darà risultati, sempre meglio che non fare niente.
