It might take a little trial and error at first, but you’ll know once you get it right.Once it’s ready, warm it in the microwave at 900 watts for around 30 seconds—just don’t let it boil.After that, it’s ready to use on your creations, from mousses to jellies or stabilizing creams.Highly recommend for anyone looking to make professional-quality desserts at home!
