Use to make gummy’s does the job, think I was meant to have got beef gelatin for a chewier gummy but pork works just as well tbh. Decent size at a decent price will last me some time

I’ve been using Mr.P Ingredients Pork Gelatine 100g (250 Bloom) for my desserts, and it’s super reliable once you get the measurements right. The instructions on the tub are just indicative, so here’s what works for me: use about 60g of water, then add the gelatine little by little—about 1 teaspoon and a little more. Let it sit until you get a smooth, homogeneous mix that holds together well. It might take a little trial and error at first, but you’ll know once you get it right. Once it’s ready, warm it in the microwave at 900 watts for around 30 seconds—just don’t let it boil. After that, it’s ready to use on your creations, from mousses to jellies or stabilizing creams. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make professional-quality desserts at home!
