I have PMLE and find these do really make a difference. Still cant go out in the sun, but these have reduced the amount of reactions I get.

As someone who suffers terribly from PMLE (often called a sun allergy or prickly heat reaction to sunlight), I’ve struggled with sun exposure for years. I still use sunscreen and don’t rely on these alone, but as part of my routine they’ve been really helpful!

I won't be without this. I get prickly heat and look terrible. Take this before a half hour to hour and you will notice the difference. Give it time, then enjoy the sun. It makes all the difference.

Every holiday I make sure I buy Heliocare I don't burn and I don't get any sun spots or lines when I use it!, great privation for skin damage and damage to the collagen, the time I didn't use it I went back burn and with lots of sun spots, so never again!

For the last few summers I have suffered, due to lupus if I went out in the sun for more that 30 minutes, covered up and with factor 50 on I would get so ill. This has changed my life, I can go on days out again and have no ill effects for my sun sensitivity.

I get this specifically to stop my scalp from burning as I can’t apply spf there. It works. I like knowing I’m getting at least a bit of sun protection if I miss a spot with my sunscreen
