**Q: How are these labelled as Keto when the carb content is 7 times what is permitted in the Keto way of eating?**
A: Hi There, thanks for your question. Just to clarify each bag has 8.5g of total carbs less the 3.8g of fibre = 4.7g Net Carbs.       Fibre has to be deducted form total carbs. This ,means you could eat 10 packs of Cauli Bites a day and still be on target for 50g carbs consumption:) However we would not recommend that ! Eat these snack to give yourself a low carb treat along with your balanced keto meal plan:)

I've ordered these a few times over the past few months, although they are delicious I never actually realised how little you get n each bag until today.Also realising that they look nothing like the picture.I do enjoy these however they should add a little more.

Taste is subjective and depends on the palate of an individual. In my opinion they were disgusting, so much so I had ordered three bags and I threw all of them away.Others have said they were delicious so it’s up to the individual

First of all I hate cauliflower, I put one in my mouth with extreme hesitation……wow what can I say, absolutely gorgeous. But such a shame they are so expensive. £5 for 3 bags would be better.  But my god they are beautiful. Perfect for the Keto diet!
