As far as fit - typical British underwear fit - it's like they haven't discovered modern cuts and materials - awful, especially bad if you have any sort of bum (they're super high waisted in the front and barely cover in the back), but they work, so.... I'll forgive them. In terms of size itself: I think you can just go with your US size (if you are a US M, buy M), that's what I did and they are nowhere near snug, they are 'there'. They say they may shrink a bit after wash, so I think your size is the right size. I have not yet washed them, I'll report if they stop working after I do - I'll be extremely sad. (It's obviously too expensive for single use! It's almost too expensive period - but... worth it if they keep working! :)

This is awesome! I eat all the foods that give you gas - every single one of 'em. Since the elastic has been changed, I can't find a pair to fit me. The elastic is too tight now on the XS. I even bought a S to see if that would work. The elastic is ok, but the pantie is too big even after washing. I used to love these. Not sure now what I'm going to do when my older ones wear out.
