Pros: Comfort is good, adjustability is also neat. Cons: the stitching is crooked(not centered) if you have any cognitive disruption you know that a little thing like that once you notice will bug the hell out of you even if you try your hardest to not think about (if you know you know) The hat is small and looks small too, fits well yes but is small compared to your traditional baseball cap.
