Fillin your cracks ....
Works as intended. Does seem to be water resistant. Color blends in with my windows and air conditioner. Thickness is fine. Good draft protection.

Weather seal
To be honest I didn’t even use this weather strip, it wasn’t required for my setup, it does however look like a quality material and I certainly would have used it had I needed to. I’ll find a use for it somewhere else.
