We have almost entirely All-Clad cookware simply because it lasts so long and works so well. When our Calphalon non-stick 12" everyday pan started flaking, we replaced it with this model and have been very happy since. It feels high-quality, it cooks evenly, and nothing sticks to it. I'm not accustomed to All-Clad gear being somewhat affordable, but I'm here for it. This is a nice piece at a nice price for what it is.This pan is a no-brainer because of its quality and versatility.Note: Even though it says it's dishwasher safe, I still wouldn't recommend anything nonstick in the dishwasher. While I doubt this will flake off, the harsh detergent can't possibly be helping that coating.

I bought this item a few weeks ago and could not be happier. I highly recommend that you hand wash it with hot water and soap after it is cooled off. I have been steaming rice in this pan and flipping over with a nice crusty bottom. The pan is wider than I anticipated and fits my need. Please pay attention to the dimensions so you are surprised. This pan is not super deep. I highly recommend it to those that have a use for it. If you are new to all-clad please consider buying what you need and not buy a set. Although the sets are a good buy for your money, in most cases only a few of the items come handy. This is wide pan as I mentioned above, and you can make food for 3-5 people. One thing I learned over the years is that small pans and pots are good for restaurants were chefs make a dish per order. If you make food for a family small pots and pans are not used as much. Hence this is good item for making food for more than one dish.

This is my absolute favorite pan! We’ve had it now for 4 months and it gets almost daily usage. Heats evenly, spacious enough for full meals, handles do not heat up so still easy to hold, cleans up well. Will be ordering a second one to use the pair for larger meals.

Purchased a full set of All-Clad pots and pans but needed a pan larger than 8” and 10”. Found this one that is perfect and matched the set perfectly. Very easy to clean - nothing sticks. I just have to remember not to turn the heat all the way up!

I got tired of having to replace my nonstick skillets almost annually because they start sticking. These are usually in $50-$60 range. I am going up in price to hopefully prevent that.What I already don't like... the edges are straight, not sloped, the handles are small, the overall profile is quite short so it won't hold as much. I will keep it to see how it goes but would not buy another due to these things. Its really personal preference, not really anything wrong.

I have a 20 year old all clad set that cost a zillion dollars and will last forever. I needed to replace a favorite pan (not all clad) so I ordered this one. Heavy weight and well made. Super slippery surface. This is now my favorite pan and I baby it. Very happy.

I love the size , the non stick and the two handles. we use it in the oven to bake and it has become on of our favorite cooking pans. Just ordered another one.
