For the price this color starts out deep, but washes out a little with each wash , so it will lighten up, and then it becomes even more awesome, the deep ness is great and the fading tint is great ! The only thing is that it will last about 4 washes and the you will find yourself adding more tint , and this is letting it set for over 8 hours in my hair lol Will purchase more anyways , every couple of months to do my hair ! Price is good for the quantity

I had purchased this brand for one of my kids before (in purple) and wasn’t super impressed with the coverage, it did show up in the sunlight, but not overly saturated. My kiddo did have medium brown hair though and we did not lighten, so mostly to be expected. I needed pink to do my youngest daughters hair for a Halloween costume and since she is 4 I didn’t want to bleach, but her hair is a light brown/dark blond color and we were really just going for pink-ish. I purchased the cotton candy as it was pretty close to the color we were going for. I followed all the instructions and when I rinsed the dye out, it was like I hadn’t put anything in at all. All the color washed right out as soon as the water hit it. She was so disappointed and because getting a 4 year to sit still for hair dye is no easy feat, I was pretty disappointed too! I had done my 6 year olds hair blue with manic panic and that worked so well that I ended up ordering a pink from them the same day. Unfortunately her Halloween party was that night, and we had no way to fix it in time, so that was also a bummer, but at least we have time to redo for trick or treating on Halloween.

GORGEOUS! By far the most pigmented temporary (semi permanent) color I've ever used. I applied it with a brush and dipped straight out of the jar. Went on smoothly and easily. Yes it does stain sinks and countertops, but just make sure you use soap to wash it off right away. It washed off of surfaces very easily with soap or cleaner. It actually was cleaner than most of the other ones I've used. One jar will probably be enough to do your hair, but if you have thick or extra long I'd buy two just in case. Also, this is NOT cotton candy pink, it's more of a vibrant dark raspberry or something, at least that's how it showed up on my hair. I would 10/10 recommend this though. I washed my hair multiple times and you can hardly even tell, it's still super bright and beautiful.

I bought this for my dog to color her tail pink. I used Artic Fox on my other pup and it worked perfect. This was a little cheaper, so I gave it a chance. First off, this little tiny container is never going to cover a full head of hair. It's extremely thick and lathers good though. It's smells amazing too! The issue I ran into, is that it leaves the hair patchy. The color held in some areas and not in others. Some areas were darker than others. I did 2 applications and left the second on for about a half hour. It looked exactly the same.

It’s a gorgeous pink, the perfect shade. It’s more of a red pink than a purple pink, which is exactly what I was going for! Not why I gave only four stars is because it washes out a little fast. I don’t know if it’s something I did, but it seems with every wash it gets lighter and lighter. But, red is the first color to fade from hair, as well as light/pastel colors. So just an fyi, it’s probably good for a month or two. The red is Crimson from Kiss (transition color), and Bloodmoon from Lunar Tides

This hair color lasts and is beautiful. You will have some color transfer particularly at first, but I have going that to be the case even with more expensive brands of designer colors. Do it! I receive many compliments on this hair color. My original color is light brown with gray.

I've ordered and used Punky Cotton Candy Semi Permanent Hair Color a few times and always had good results. This time, however, the color was barely visible in my hair -- it didn't even appear as if I had added any color at all. Not sure if this was a "bad batch" or what. My hair certainly hasn't changed!! Disappointed, because even though this hair color is super easy to use; it is time consuming and to end up with a disappointing result is frustrating.

Well it’s my own fault. I was thinking Manic Panic but my fingers typed Punky Color. I’m surprised I remembered the name. I haven’t used that brand in a very long time. If I told you how long well, both of us will get depressed. Sooo, let’s skip over that hopscotch like we’re still young and carefree, won’t that be fun? I know, I’m such a dork but, I’m constantly amusing myself so, you know. Anyway to sum up this review? Don’t you dare buy this. I’ll find you and really annoy you just to ask you why! ? The only silver lining is that now it will be fresh in my mind so I never buy it again. Aaaand, now I also remember why I stopped buying this brand a long time ago. Let’s just say I’ve been telling people I’m a thousand years old this year to saunter over that little kernel my quad skates keep hitting. Wink. The color is nowhere near a cotton candy/bubblegum pink. The consistency is like a freaking nightmare and you’ll be internally asking yourself what the hell is it made of? It’s bad it’s weird but not in a fun quirky weird way like me. No it’s in that weird way of should we call the cops or the mental ward? Or the Veterinarian. Haha. Gawd it’s been a long time since I didn’t get any fun out of dying my hair a funkydunkygunky color. Get Manic Panic, people who know yeah you know. This brand is a, I’m doing it for the first time on a lark and I’m only 8 years old type of hair color. You know in hindsight I’m wondering how this company is still around. Obviously I’m not a fan.

The colour is very nice. Just wish it was more permanent as it faded after a few washes only.

可愛かったし、以前のカラーは濃かったのでクッキリ染まったので買ったけど、今回は薄い色だったので、なんとなくそんな色程度にしかならなかった。髪の量に対しても分量が少なかった。 でもカラーものの中ではダントツに良いからまたチャレンジしたい。

The product is good. Didn't use developer or color sealer, so over the washes the color faded away faster. It does stain your tiles. I kept it on for 1hr + Must bleach before use

2024 update: this is still the most resilient dye ever. I wish my willpower would take notes. Yes, this product definitely lasted over 30 washes and I don't even use a color protecting shampoo. Pros: 1. Very bright colors (I got pink, purple and blue - mental breakdown and couldn't decide) 2. Generous amount considering it dyes things it doesn't even touch. 3. With only 1 use, it also decorated my bathroom and towels. 4. The purple is the most purpliest purple I've ever seen; it's like looking into 12 dimensions of purple at the same time. The pink and blue are just normal and pretty. Cons: 1. Smells like synthetic grape flavor, which is my least favorite flavor.
