I’ve been taking one of these Gold C 1000 mg veggie capsules most mornings with my smoothie for the past month. My go-to brand is usually more citrusy, but this one is nicer on the palate and gentler on my stomach. It's my second year of vitamin c megadose. I am taking 9000mg a day. Several vitamin c were examined. And my choices were dr's best and California gold company products. I think this product has changed from British raw materials to Chinese ones. However, vitamin C is not bad for Chinese raw materials. I had a headache due to side effects after taking 1000mg of nature made. So I quickly changed it to a California gold company product. After that, the headache disappeared. The advantage of this product is that there are very few excipients and fewer ingredients. American contains several additives. I'm avoiding adding rose hips to Megadose.

It is vitamin c. Nothing much to say about it other than me questioning if it does anything beneficial.

Once I feel a potential cold coming on, I take 6 to 8 of these a day for a few days and greatly reduces the symptoms or clears them before developing - highly recommend

The megadoses of this vitamin helps me in controlling my gastric reflux when used in combination with Apple cider vinegar and slippery elm. I feel better when I take these vitamins and they don’t seem to give me an upset stomach from unknown substances that may be present in other brands. Not sure how much of the vitamin C is bioavailable after ingesting but seems to be a quality product. Easy to swallow and OK for vegans.
