All Excellent, except machine has dented side on arrval
The machine is brilliant easy to install very quiet simple to use , but arrived with dints on one side , but disappointed but have installed as desperate for a washing machine , not a problem performance wise . Just aesthetically not pleasing to see the dents on a new machine .

Good washing machine
Overall this seems like a good machine. 1600 spin is great as the clothes are nearly dry before going on the line or tumble dryer.The only thing I'm not keen on is the additives tray. Its very cheap plastic. Very little room for powders to be added as the individual trays are very narrow. And there is no tray for liguid washing.Overall it's a good machine though. Just not perfect.

I bought this washing machine after reading the recommendation reviews of Amazon customers. Very easy to use! 3 short programme settings are perfect for my needs. Very quiet spin cycle.

Great price and machine, not pre checked though
Great price from warehouse, although obviously not thoroughly checked over ..sadly the drain hose was split undiand flooded kitchen. Took one off old washer and replaced it ..great machine since.

Disappointed ☹️ Initially. Problem solve now😁
Well packaged, great looking washing machine with eco saving functions. Used today 7th Jan 2024 on first wash on 59 min cycle was good and quite. However the 1600 spin had what I would describe as a thumping sound on fast spin. I then noticed water coming from washer door. Checked that door was closed properly, thinking it wouldn't work otherwise! On inspection it looks like the rubber seal is not fixed properly! Registered guarantee and asked for Hoover engineer to investigate and hopefully fix. If vaulty will be returning to Amazon collections and asking for full refund. Update after engineer was very helpful to cause of water discharge. It was back pressure causing water leakage. This is one of the best washing machines on market. Leakage occurred on 14 min wash. You need to press T shirt symbol, then press 1. This will weigh clothes and adjust wash time ! Now reading manual information. Not happy with banging noises when on spin cycle. Collection arrived today 15th February only to be denied collection because it was not boxed and sealed. Recycled original packaging. Now will have to source bubble wrap and cardboard. Another week without a washing machine! I will only receive an Amazon voucher as refund, instead of full payment into my bank account. So I have no choice but to buy again from Amazon. Disappointed, not happy 😡
