Does this filter work with the iqair healthpro compact and the healthpro models, in addtition to the healthpro plus model?

Yes...  Absolutely...  PureIllusion Crystalline is a direct-fit filter replacement system for the IQAir HealthPro, IQAir HealthPro Plus, and IQAir Compact air purifiers.

The IQAir HealthPro comes from the factory with the IQAir PreMax and IQAir HyperHepa.  
You will want to purchase two PureIllusion Crystalline Stages (Stage 1: Pre-Filter and Stage 3: Hepa)
Optionally, You can purchase the Stage 2: Gas & Odor Management filter to upgrade your IQAir HealthPro to an IQ Air Health Pro Plus.  ( Hooray..  Added bonus information! )

The IQAir HealthPro Plus comes from the factory with the IQ Air Pre Max, IQ Air V5 Cell, and IQ Air Hyper Hepa.

Does this work with GC model?

Thank you for a great question Loki!  This Crystalline model (Stage 1: Prefilter, PIC-IQAH-F1) is designed for IQAir HealthPro Series Air Purifiers.  The GC Series Air Purifier uses an H11 Hepa rated filter as its first filtration stage.  While the Crystalline Stage 1 (PIC-IQAH-F1) looks the same as a GC Stage 1 filter, it is important to know there is a significant difference.   Crystalline will release a line specifically designed for IQAir GC Series air purifiers in early 2022.  Until PureIllusion finishes R&D and Testing on Crystalline for GC, we recommend remaining with IQAir original equipment GC filters.  Hope this is helpful.  Have a great day!

IQAir PerfectPro series air purifiers are whole-home heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.  They are retrofitted onto a home's HVAC to provide purified air using existing forced air registers.  Two versions of the Perfect Pro series exist: (A) the 3-Ton system, and (B) the 5-Ton system.  Purification elements within the Perfect Pro series are quite different than those in the Health Pro series.  The version of Crystalline in this listing are designed for Health Pro series machines.
