XceliteWeller S2KN Shearcutter and Pliers Set (2 Piece)

Weller S2KN Xcelite Shearcutter and Pliers Set. It's a matched pair. The snips are flush-cutting, and much sharper than the Hakko CHP-170 pair that I purchased a few days earlier. On my pair of cutters the cutting edges are slightly out of alignment, but that will be sorted out the first time I sharpen them, and they still cut way better than the Hakko cutters.The pliers are very small, as can be seen from the picture. They are for holding 24 or 30 gage wire and leads, not DIP packages. Both items are spring loaded. The springs are not terribly strong, which is probably for the best when you're squeezing them repeatedly many times per day.All in all - I'm glad I bought them.

Tenia la idea que la marca tenia control de calidad en sus productos pero me doy cuenta que no es así el producto presenta defecto en el muelleo, por ese precio hubiera conseguido unas mejores. No las recomiendo

I bought these expecting them to be made in the USA as the images show on Amazon. What I received was a set made in China.

Did not receive what is pictured! Instead of red handles and made in USA, they are blue handles and made in China. While they are made somewhat well, they are not adequate for professional use, but probably all right for around the house or hobbyist use. Relegated to the junk drawer. Also, the model numbers are completely different. Feel like I wasted money.
