My job requires a lot of writing which causes me a lot of pain after just a few minutes. The weight of this pen is perfect to assist with control and flow. I can write for hours with very little discomfort. The reason I also posted the Uni-ball 207 because I like the micro-tip and the 207 ink for security purposes. So I buy this pen and when I need refills I get the Uniball 207 pens (much cheaper) and switch them to the Pilot Limited pen. EVERYONE SAYS "THAT'S A GREAT PEN"... I buy them for coworkers as gifts but different colors for different people. Red is my favorite color but purple is such a pretty color, I had to get it too. My birthday is next week, so I'm getting myself two of the matte black pens. THIS IS THE BEST PEN EVER!! I only write reviews for things I cannot go without!! This pen is a game changer for anyone with writer's cramp. (I'm not a doctor, just sharing my experience) IF UNIBALL GOT IT TOGETHER AND MADE THIS KIND OF PEN WITH THE MICRO CARTRIDGE AND 207 INK, IT WOUKD BE A NO BRAINER... OR PILOT COULD MAKE A MICROTIP CARTRIDGE FOR THIS PEN... Seriously, yes it's that serious!!

I am always on the lookout for smooth-writing, comfortable and nice looking pens to use at work and at home. Several years ago I discovered "gel" pens, and have stayed with them ever since, trying different brands from different manufacturers. The Pilot G2 Limited is a step-up from my previous gel pens. This pen looks great and write smoothly with refills that seem to last for months. The pen's rubberized lower barrel is extremely comfortable to hold and write with, and the ink lays down evenly without any skips or blobs. Unlike a traditional ballpoint pen, the G2 Limited gel pen starts working immediately, and doesn't require any "warming up" or scribbling to get the ink flowing. The pen itself is well made, and the metallic upper portion of the barrel makes the pen look quite elegant. I also like the assortment of colors available, and have purchased this model in red (my favorite), as well as grey, silver, mauve and gold. This is my favorite pen to carry around all day and use in the office, and I recommend it highly. I've also given several away as gifts. In my opinion, the G2 Limited pen is a great value for the money.

Love this pen! Some may think it's a bit pricey for just a pen, except it has a quality feel and weight to it. Easily refillable with any ink recharge, as well as a different colour of your choice.

I recently had the opportunity to try out this pen, and overall, it offers a mix of impressive features and a few areas for improvement. Starting with the positives, the pen boasts excellent quality and delivers a smooth writing experience. It feels like a premium product, thanks to its solid weight and classy matte black metal design, which adds a touch of sophistication to any desk setup. However, there are some durability concerns. While the metal construction gives the pen a sturdy feel, I encountered issues with the clicker mechanism breaking after only a few uses. Additionally, the grip has mixed reviews; although it complements the sleek aesthetic, it’s not entirely metal and can feel a bit loose, which might affect comfort during extended writing sessions. When it comes to value for money, opinions are divided. Some users find it worth the investment due to its elegant design and writing performance, while others believe the cost doesn’t align with its durability issues. In conclusion, this pen is a stylish and smooth-writing instrument that excels in appearance and initial performance but may fall short in long-term durability and grip comfort for some users.

I have probably purchase about 25 of the Limited in mostly blue and have purchased them as gifts in gold, red, charcoal, and purple. THEY ARE METAL, which I love. I used to use the Pros but the plastic clip kept breaking off. I use the 0.7 Navy Blue G-2 gel. I use them everyday, no clips on the Limited have ever bent or broken. For refills or replacing the black ink that comes with it, in most cases you will find that it is cheaper to buy the 12 packs of the regular G-2 pens in the color/thickness you want than it is to actually purchase the refills alone. I really love these. Because I have used them constantly over the last dozen years or so, I know that they make awesome gifts. I have probably given away 6-8 to friends, family, and co-workers who were and remain very impressed. One guy at work has used his everyday for the last 4 years! This is a no-brainer folks. Writing with these has been a pleasurable experience. With COVID ongoing, it's a GREAT idea to use your own pen rather than a shared one. You won't mind carrying it everyday. FYI - As soon as I get a new one, I remove the end and stretch the spring a little then reassemble. It provides a definitive click that matches the perceived quality of this great pen.
