Why does it hang crooked? I took another pic down and hung this on the same hook and it's crooked. I guess its the weight of the arm? Help.

I think you should shift it one saw tooth notch and see what happens.

I need a frame a diploma size 8 1/2 x 11inches what size frame I need with no mat

Hello, we have the frame with no mat for diploma size 8 1/2 x 11inches. You could search "B07ZJ6SRC3" on Amazon to place the order of this frame. GraduationMall Customer Service

what is the difference in the with mat vs mat 2 and mat 3?

I’d be careful, the more mats might make the frame opening smaller. Read the fine print. Although you can remove the mats.

do you have a frame that works for a 11x14 diploma WITH mat?

It will fit without the matt. It's a good lookin frame!
