Made by Sentinel, ahem, 1000Toys, the figure has some incredible details in the sculpt, esp in that gun shaped head. The jacket is fabric, and stitched quite nicely, with all the strap and seam details included, as well as wired inside so you can pose it like it's blown in the wind. However, the jacket does limit the articulation in the arms quite a bit, but it is removable. Overall very happy with purchase. 1000Toys figures can be a bit expensive but they are amazing quality.
