Will the controller fit in the spot in a panel that has a regular intermatic timer?

I had a install that was in a very tight spot and it did not fit. This is slightly bigger than the intermatic t103 box by around a quarter inch in both horizontal and vertical dimensions.

.Is there a way to contact the company? We're having troubles setting up the wi-fi and we cannot find any sort of support for this.

I'm not sure how to contact them but I have set up two of these. Your WiFi needs to be 2.4g (not 5g). When your in the app, the device name is "Socket (WiFi)" Hope this helps

Is it possible to retrofit a translucent door on my unit with the solid door?

Is there a simple on/off button/switch in the box, without going to the app? For example, the timer is set to go on at 7 pm, but you want it on now?
