Do the "insides" stay put or move to one end if its not level? i have one similar but all the beads moved around if not placed on muscles just right.

It has the consistency of a bean bag but is packed tightly and they do move, but not as much as you think.

Can i store this in freezer all the time

Yes, you can. Atsuwell microwave heating pad 100% organic seeds fillings include flaxseed, millets and clay beads that keep soft and flexible when frozen and do not clump, so you can store it in freezer all the time.

Is it made in the USA?

Is that a trick question ? Made in china. I Don't think anything is made here in the USA anymore.

Is it better then electric as a menstrual heating pad?

Atsuwell microwave heating pad filled with natural flaxseed, millets and clay beads. It has a high heat storage and heat transfer effect, which can effectively relieve your menstrual pain. It will slowly come back to room temperature, making the microwave heating pad safe and allowing you to use it with peace of mind unlike most electric products.
