much better than the other berry flavors
I got really excited when I heard there was a new flavor of Quest Bar. (I have tried most, but not all, of the existing flavors.) I was somewhat less excited when I heard this was a fruity flavor, as I am not much of a fan of the Quest Bars that have berry flavors in them. For some reason, those typically don't work as well for me. But, I figured, I could make myself eat a whole box of them and then just never order again if there was an issue. Anyway, I had a bunch of calories left over last night (I am counting calories this year) so I tried one. And it was actually quite good. Definitely the best berry flavored Quest Bar I've tried (I wouldn't say the best "fruity" one because the banana nut ones are still better, at least in my opinion). (These have 190 calories per bar, for what it's worth.) The berry flavor was relatively subtle and there was a definite "muffin" background to the flavor, as well. Texture-wise, this was great. It was softer than some of the other Quest Bar flavors I've tried lately (like the pumpkin pie one that was far too chewy) but not sticky, and it had some inclusions, for lack of a better word (blueberry-colored bits and such), so the texture wasn't 100% homogeneous. You can see the full ingredients list if you zoom in on the product images. This has dairy-based ingredients so it is not vegan. Please note it also contains tree nuts (almonds) It has an incredible amount of protein (21g) and fiber (14g) and is very low in sugar (I don't do the whole "net carbs" thing, but if you do, you can check out the nutrition facts panel, which is also available in the product images). It also has some fat (only 6g). I love that there are both protein AND fiber in these; so many bars have protein but lack the fiber. I tend to just use these for snacks, but if you were so inclined, these would actually make a respectable breakfast if you are in a hurry (perhaps paired with some yogurt to add a few more calories and some fat). I went into eating these expecting to not be "wowed," but I actually think I will incorporate this flavor into my regular ordering rotation.

Yummy!
This is my "go-to" protein bar. I like the flavor, and helps fill out my daily protein requirement. Nice product!

Blueberry Muffins taste without the Carb load
These Quest Nutrition Blueberry Muffin Bars are truly one of a kind. I'm sure anyone who is into fitness and high protein diet is aware that although the healthy alternatives are good for you, they don't always taste that good. At most they are bland, in some cases they are barely palatable. These Quest Nutrition Blueberry Muffin Bars are a game changer in the protein bar category. Believe me I've tried every possible brand and flavor before finally arriving at this conclusion. Here are the factors which make this bar my quintessential choice: • It contains 21 grams of protein. Protein leads to early satiety and eating this one bar for breakfast keeps cravings at bay till lunch in my case. It's over 40% of total daily value. • The protein is not from non vegetarian sources. It's a blend of Whey and Milk Protein so it's essentially vegetarian. Anyone who's a vegetarian can admit to the challenges of keeping up the protein intake in their diet. This can be an effective and easy to adhere solution to get a high intake of proteins while still being cruelty free as no animals were harmed in procuring these proteins. • The bars score high on the taste scale. They remind me of blueberry muffins in terms of flavor and aroma. They taste like a dessert more than a protein bar. • They have all the taste without the extra calories and fat- Although they are inspired by the all famous blueberry muffins, they are a guilt free way of indulging the sweet tooth. They contain just 6 grams of fat which stacks up to a minuscule 9% of Daily Value. They just contain 2 grams of sugar. • For added sweetness without the calories they contain Stevia which is a safe plant based sweetener. • These Quest Nutrition Blueberry Muffin Bars are a great source of fiber. They contain 14 grams of fiber which is 56% of DV. Fiber is essential for a healthy gut and bowel movement. I do switch to different flavors of Quest Bars from time to time but inadvertently go back to these Blueberry Muffin Bars. These can be used to make a variety of delicious healthy recipes using low cal ingredients. My favorite one is Blueberry Muffin Popsicles from the Quest Blog. I've attached the recipe in the photos accompanying this.

Great for 100% whey protein, fiber, taste, and satiety
This is definitely one of my favorite protein bars by far. I can't handle Barbell Protein Bars, made with whey and casein. Casein can trigger GI issues, and Barbell Protein Bars' low fiber doesn't help. Surprisingly, for the 14 grams of fiber in most Quest Bars, I never get any stomach issues, and I prefer Quest in terms of texture, taste, satiety, price, and overall nutrition facts. Side note for GI folks: If you are worried about GI issues, drink lots of water after eating. Fourteen grams of fiber is a lot, and it will keep you full and regular—if you drink enough water to move the food! The more fiber you eat, the more water your body needs to push the fiber. Otherwise, it'll get stuck. Anyway, back to the review: Blueberry Muffin is one of my top three flavors to date (Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough round out the top three). It's super tasty and tastes like a blueberry muffin in bar form (hard to explain, but try, and you'll understand). It's filling and has the right texture. Why 4/5: it's still overpriced, and the price fluctuates a lot, so it's a waiting game for when Quest isn't price gouging. That alone could lead it to be a 3/5, which it deserves for price gouging. However, most other protein bar companies are just as greedy. Price Tip: Use the Honey App to monitor price increases and decreases and avoid buying when prices are artificially inflated.

Delicious!!
Grab these in the AM when I am in rush to get out the door. Holds me over until I have lunch. 20 grams of protein is good for this size bar. I usually take one with me whenever I hope on a plane too. It's so much better than the garbage snacks the airlines give you.

Good flavor, protein and fiber count
It’s hard to find good protein bars that don’t have chocolate. These are a great change up and I look forward to trying other flavors!

Meh
It has the protein that I was looking which is a plus. But the flavor was not good and neither was the super hard texture. If flavor and texture doesn’t matter to you, the product does fit into many diets. I probably wouldn’t buy again

Helps me beat cravings when I am tempted to bring home muffins and cookies!
I have tried the chocolate brownie Quest Protein bars and am a big fan so when I was struggling with having baked goods cravings I ordered the Blueberry Muffin and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough protein bars and OMG they are SO good!! and all that productive nutrition. Totally knocked out my cravings and is keeping me on my health plan. Thanks for making such good and delicious products Quest! ( I often eat only a half or a quarter of bar at a time sometimes to stay within my calorie limits while I am actively trying to lose weight.) I love giving myself a sweet treat that is not contraband and helps me hit my marks for protein and fiber intake for the day.
