BEST HEADPHONES EVER (Read Disclaimer on Refurbished)
These are without a doubt the most comfortable and quality sounding headphones (wired) that I have ever owned. I obviously haven't had more expensive versions or sets, but these are incredible. The GHub from Logitech allows you to create immersive sounding effects and control the choice for Equalizer. Its insane how customizable your sound is. I also have the G502 mouse and I can sync the RGB colors to match, and its a great thing for aesthetics. The 7.1 surround is insane for gaming (CoD), you can hear the footsteps specific positioning and gunshots. You feel like you are there and can get lost in the game itself. Please, try these out, you wont regret it.DISCLAIMER: MINE CAME WITH A DEFECTIVE CABLE. It had sticky stuff on each end of the cable, and did not respond. I was panicking, but then grabbed my 5 dollar cable from Five Below and stuck it in, and sure enough, it worked perfectly. Also, after you plug them in and install GHub software, RESTART YOUR COMPUTER, and it will work perfectly fine.DISCLAIMER:

The Perfect Headset for Gamers!
I have always been a huge fan of the Logitech Brand, and have often followed their product lines for the fact that they consistently release high quality gear for both gamers and the everyday user. This headset was no exception to the legacy they have created for themselves! It delivers high quality surround sound with a strong but yet smooth base the really puts you right into the action with any game you play, while also providing optimum comfort on top and around the ears for extended usage without any discomfort. The lighting display has such a beautiful array of colors that perfectly blends with the Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum mouse in every way and I couldn't be happier with my purchase

Great sound but could use an upgrade or 2
To start off let me just say that the sound is great but its not what i was hoping for. It says 7.1 surround, however in game it just sounds like slightly enhanced stereo sound. Not glorious or highly directional. You can tell which side an opponent is on but not really like behind to the right at what area specifically. These were hard to get setup at first. I had to uninstall all of my audio drivers and devices, reinstall the logitech stuff and then reinstall my audio drivers and it fianlly worked.Over all the quality is ok. Just wish the swivel piece were more substansial or beefier. Always feeld like its going to break if i bump it.I like the extra controls but feel like they just more stuff to make you go "Ooooooohhhhh" instead of being useful.Goid headset for what i spent but i guess that if i want that WOW i am looking for, i will probably need to spend a lot more on a headset.

What happened Logitech?
I have been a seriously loyal Logitech fangirl since like, the 90s. I have always used Logitech peripherals. I've owned three pairs of the Logitech G35 (the best headset on earth, now discontinued), a pair of the G930 (modified wireless G35 basically) that broke after only two months, and because those broke, I tried the Artemis and here we are today. I also have used at least 6 models of Logitech gaming mice. I know Logitech products extremely well and I know what to expect from them, so with the Artemis I was somewhat disappointed.WARNING: The USB cord that comes with these headphones WILL break on you. I bought two pairs of these, one for myself and one for someone else. Both of us had to buy replacement cords within a couple of months with normal use, no dropping or pulling. I have not even tried to use the aux cord so I can't review that. But I was surprised at the low quality of the USB cord and I expected much better from Logitech. Something happened with their manufacturing, the quality is not as good as it once was.SOUND: The quality of the sound is pretty decent with these, but I wish there was more bass. The Logitech Gaming Software allows you to adjust the EQ but the sound is not as robust as other Logitech headsets. Would not recommend these for audiophiles unless you're prepared to mess with a bunch of drivers and tweak a lot of stuff to get more bass output. It can be done, but it's a pain.BUTTONS: Really wish the control buttons were set up like the old Logitech G35 headset. Those buttons were easy to locate and press, and the buttons were very QUIET. With this headset, it's hard to press the right button because of how they are positioned and because of the stiffness of said buttons. I scramble to find the mute button and end up pressing something else. The buttons are SO stiff, they require much more pressure to press. Then, they make a very loud CLICK-CLICK noise that WILL be picked up by the mic, and that isn't cool.Pressing the mute button ends up making unwanted noise in my voice chat programs. I don't like to flip the mic up to mute the headset, because that causes a bunch of noise too. I would like to be able to mute discretely. But I can't do that with this headset. When I mute, my buddies are like "Sara's muted!". They know. EVERYONE KNOWS!COMFORT: As for comfort during extremely long gaming sessions (12+ hours), these are great. They don't hurt my ears or my head, and the cushions are perfect for me. They completely cover my ears and that is a major factor for my headset preferences. No complaints here.OVERALL DESIGN: These are very pretty, and I like the updated design. Feels more gamer-esque compared to older headset models. Sleek. However, these are "cheaper" feeling than other models. I'm not sure how to explain it, but they seem like they'll just break into pieces if I were to drop them. G35 and G930 had a much more solid feel. Maybe some people like a lighter feeling headset, but I do not. If you are into light headsets, these will be great for you.3 stars for just being okay. Logitech, what is going on with your manufacturing? Please don't make me switch to Razer or some other junk like that. Also please bring back the G35. Those were by far the best headsets I've ever owned. Hoping the Artemis grows on me more. We'll see!

Great customer service
The headset itself was flawless, no scratches, the pads were intact, and it worked out of the box. However, the included braided micro-usb to usb cable was defective. The port was bent on the micro-usb side and did not work, so I had to use a random phone charger temporarily.I went ahead and e-mailed the seller from the included paperwork inside the box and asked for a replacement cable (Logitech sells these cables individually, but they are $20!). They were more than willing to send one and it has worked flawlessly since. Great customer service.

Comfortable, good sound, but with a very limiting flaw.
I have been using this headset for about a few weeks now, and immediately upon starting to use it, I found it has a fundamental flaw, that flaw in the cable that connects the mic to my PC. The cable is flimsy and cheap, and when touched so that it turns ever so slightly, it cuts off audio going in and out. This is very annoying, and significantly limits head mobility for anyone wearing it.Other than that the headset is very comfortable, and has very good sound quality.(It has helped me soundwhore in many games now, except for when it cuts all sound because I looked to my right for half a second)
