Soothes And Protects The Wound And Allows Free Passage Of Viscous Exudate. Jelonet Is Soothing And Non Adhesive, Allowing The Wound To Drain Freely Into An Absorbent Secondary Dressing. Retains Its Shape, Resists Fraying. Jelonet Is A Sterile Open Mesh Paraffin Tulle Grass Compress. The Gauze Has Interlocking Threads That Minimize Fraying When The Compress Is Cut Into Shape. Can Be Combined With Topical Medication Of Choice, Jelonet Is Non Medicated Making It Ideal For Use With The Topical Antiseptic Or Antibiotic Of Your Choice. Indications Minor Burns And Scalds. Donor And Recipient Graft Sites, Skin Loss Wounds, Lacerations And Abrasions, Leg Ulcers. Directions Clean the wound area, ensure it is dry. If using medication, apply it to the wound before placing the Jelonet dressing. Position the dressing over the wound and gently press to ensure it adheres to the surrounding skin. These little pieces of grease covered patches are absolutely amazing, they take away all the burning feeling and they aid a quicker healing time, I was very sceptical about this product but omg I will never be without them in my home again, I have been telling all my family about them because they are just so good.
Review: This needs to also have a secondary dressing over it - This worked really well but I hadn't realised you need to put another dressing over the top of it to keep it in place. It basically acts as a wet barrier between the would and outer dressing to stop them sticking.

These little pieces of grease covered patches are absolutely amazing, they take away all the burning feeling and they aid a quicker healing time, I was very sceptical about this product but omg I will never be without them in my home again, I have been telling all my family about them because they are just so good.
