Hi myGradaughter loves the product she got it for her birthday on 28th July, and just the other day it stoped working we have replaced the batteries but still does not work, could you advise us about getting a replacement please . Regards Maureen Robertson

In principle, this is a fabulous, 5-star toy. Unfortunately, our tap stopped working after 5 or 6 uses. Vanna in customer services is an absolute superstar and sent out a replacement tap. However, the second stopped working too. I opened the unit and could see that water had seeped into the unit and the motor had severe rust problems. I suspect that this is an inherent design fault and that people who have given this 5 stars have simply not used it for more than a couple of times. I feel terrible writing this review as customer service was superb, it's a damned shame that the tap broke because it's great fun whilst it works!

I originally wasn't happy with the toy as it broken down after 3 days of using it,however seller was very kind to send me a replacement sink for no charge, it arrived very quickly, and my daughter been playing with it for 2 weeks and it works perfectly. It is really cool toy and my daughter constantly going to wash her hands and do dishes in it. Highly recommend,although the 1st one broken down its been resolved very quickly in the nicest manner possible, great customer service

My daughter loves this toy but as the other reviews have said sadly after a few months the tap did stop working even with new batteries but fir the price and hours of fun she had it was worth it and will be ordering her another one.

My niece loves her new toy.

I put brand new batteries in this and it worked for ten minutes before the water stopped coming through the tap. The motor is working as you can hear it but the water just won’t come through any more - there’s the recommended amount of water in so that’s not the issue. So disappointed, my little girl was absolutely loving it before it stopped working :(

An excellent product providing great fun for a two year old!

Loved this toy for the period of time it worked. New batteries and still not working, really disappointing as it is an excellent toy. Would love a replacement but can’t see the option to return now on Amazon.

Wir haben die Spüle in ein Smoby Haus eingebaut und es ist ein richtiges Highlight für die Kids. Sie können das Wasser anstellen und ihr Geschirr selbst waschen… das mitgelieferte Geschirr ist aus billigeren Plastik und das mit den Farbwechsel ist auch nur leicht möglich, bei extrem heißen oder kalten Wasser… trotzdem würde ich diesen Artikel immer wieder kaufen …

The tap stopped working. How can I get a replacement tap?

Ich rate von dem Kauf ab. 2 x in Benutzung und die Wasserzufuhr funktioniert nicht mehr. Von dem Kundenservice gibt es keine Reaktion. Absolut miserabel

Motor war leider nach 3x Spielen kaputt! Sehr schade. Verkäufer konnte leider auch nicht, wegen eventueller Reparatur oder Erwerb von Ersatzteilen, kontaktiert werden.
