I used to use cloth or plastic adhesive tape with gauze bandages. Somehow this paper tape with gentle adhesive works better than cloth. Because it's strong it's a little difficult to tear off with the case. You need both hands to detach a piece. You can tear it easily by hand though and scissors work great. The best part: it stays put without curling or peeling. The adhesive doesn't irritate your skin. Really the best!

The tape dispenser works okay, but the tape didn’t stick the way I wanted it to. It’s gentle on the skin, which is nice, but I was hoping for stronger adhesion. Decent product, just not exactly what I needed.

This is perfect for mouth taping, for which I use it faithfully. When you're ready to take it off, splash some water on your mouth first and the tape will quickly lose its adhesiveness due to being soaked and will come right off easily without pulling your skin.

Not so great with paper tape as it gets stuck below the cutting edge so I had to fight to remove it in order to cut it. It’s faster to just rip off with your fingers so I don’t really need the dispenser for paper tape although it could be useful if you put medical/adhesive tape in it.
