NIV, Beautiful Word Coloring Bible, Hardcover: Hundreds of Verses to Color

I love this "journalling Bible"! The Bible does have hundreds of verses to color just like the book cover states. There is a verse to color on almost every single page and if there isn't , there are lines to take notes. Because of this though, the book lacks area for creativity unless you want to write over the text. There are no empty borders or pages which is good for some and not for others. The verses featured in the borders though, are the ones you would want to write out anyway. For someone just starting out this would be great but if you are super creative, I would get something more plain. The text is small as others stated but not too hard for people with normal eyesight to read. I hate coloring but I am enjoying this book and have colored every page that I have read and I definitely think it helps. While reading reviews I was confused about what the book would actually look like because some of the pictures were with the cover or without so I thought there was a chance of getting a different book. The actual hard cover is perfect and beautiful , I absolutely love it. I am just finding my faith at 24 years old as it wasn't in my home growing up and I wasn't really influenced. A close, wise , Christian friend told me to start off reading James on page 1413 and I thought it was perfect! So just incase someone else doesn't know where to start , I will suggest that as well. I will be reading. Pslams next , as it was another suggestion.

I love how easy it is to read. The scriptures that you can color is so nice. The first page is unfortunately separated or ripped away from the book but all in all I’d recommend this 100%!

This bible is the most beautiful bible I’ve ever seen. I am excited to put my own personality on it by coloring it to my taste. It is sturdy, well made, easy to read and understand. I would highly recommend it. My cousin said the print could be bigger ( large) print but the print is like any other book and not a problem at all. The ONLY thing I can say I’d like differently is in the front of the book, it has a place to write who presented the book to you. instead it should say….this book belongs to —— I bought it for myself and no one presented it to me.

Received my copy this afternoon (Woo, 2-day Prime shipping!) and I already love it! The illustrations are so beautiful and really do bring the words to life. I was originally searching for a Bible that had wide margins for note-taking only, but I stumbled upon these and fell in love! I like that the pages are bright white and ever so slightly thicker than traditional "onion skin" Bible pages. I have used my Prismacolor pencils to color a page and they work beautifully! They show up nice and bright and don't show through on the other side. Also, the book itself is very attractive without the dust jacket! It features a verse from Psalms on the front and title is only printed on the side, which I prefer; I didn't like that some of the other available creative Bibles had "My Coloring Bible" emblazoned across the front. Makes you feel kinda silly. :P All-in-all, this is a great purchase! The price is unbelievable and the product is beautiful. However, be warned that the print in this Bible is VERY SMALL and some of the illustrations have incredibly small lettering that may be difficult to color.

I was so excited to get this Bible today and I’m so excited to use it! I should also say I am an adult so I did take off the paper cover which is pictured below. I love the illustrations! My only complaint is in regards to Amazon and their packaging. The Bible did not come in a separate box so it was with my other items including a pack of Bible pens which they kind of shoved in there and ripped the very back page a little bit and then the pages before it so that was disappointing, but again this is on Amazon. However if the Bible itself came in its own box it would not have been an issue either. Also the pages are not thicker than a normal Bible as I read and some of the reviews they say they are not there just as thin and if they are a little thicker than some Bibles it is literally just a little. You can see in one of the pictures below that the illustrations and scripture shows through so it goes to show how thin they are so I would definitely use colored pencils for the coloring and the Bible pens I bought are by Mr. Penn but I am sure that there will be a shadow on the other side of the pages I take notes on.

I love this bobble it is beautiful but the print is too small. I want one exactly like this with the same cover but larger print. Is this one available with larger print?

I have just purchased the 3rd of these Bibles. I am doing one for each of my 3 grandchildren. I color with glitter gel pens, and it’s so beautiful, especially when the light hits it. It’s so fun to color and it’s such a personal touch to put on the pages as you color the verses. It truly is a labor of love.

Love it! Arrived in less than 24h. Great value for the item which us usually about $60 and got it for 35% off! The catch is that it's pre-owned (owner previously wrote their name on the first page but was neatly covered up with a white sticker, which I was aware of after reading the product description), it's not flawless (had a small rip on one of the first pages) but it's still 90% new🙂. For the producer: Great art and format. Only this is that I expected for the pages to be a bit thicker than usual Bibles as this is a creative version, however the pages are very thin as shown in my video. The print from the other side of the pages can be seen, so it wouldn't be good to use my gel pen as planned when taking notes.

Bible doesn't comes with a cover protection. Doesn't like the paper cover outside. Hard cover had some yellowish stain. :( Quite disappointed to received not 100% NEW bible.

I saw this bible on utube as it was first sold on a craft channel. I have been looking forward to receiving this. This Bible is a beautiful gift and a lovely way to bring the two things I love in the world together Gods word and Colouring. I love to relax with the hobbies I have. This Bible is well worth the £24.00 I paid and the other amazing truth is that I can express my love for Gods world and words by expressing myselfj through the colouring book
