I was a bit unsure about buying this steamer when looking at the other reviews, but I am genuinely chuffed with this steamer!! My concern was that it wouldn't get hot enough (someone else's video and review), however this gets very very hot and I've not had this issue at all. Ive cleaned my sofa, bathroom grout, bar stool bases, floors and sinks/taps so far. So glad I bought this, such good value for money!!

This product 👌 met my expectation; cleans carpet and rug well

I've seen a few reviews saying this machine is a toy or the steam is not hot to the point to even put a hand in front of it to prove is a crap machine. Well, I do not agree! I have to say that it is important to let the machine heat up even though the green light is already on, just leave it for a couple of more minutes to ensure a good temperature. I cleaned almost all the carpet tiles of my home and rugs, kitchen and bathroom floor. Here is where I encounter the first issue but I realised that it was because I didn't left the machine to heat up enough. The first thing I cleaned was the kitchen floor and it left it soaking wet, but when I did the bathroom floor, the steam was hotter and I could see the difference. From having to dry with a towel the kitchens floor to just have almost a dry floor at the end of cleaning the bathroom. So, key is to let it heat up, do not rush it. To refill water tank which you can pour in up to 1200ml you need to know that the tank cap has a safety lock that when is hot you can not open to avoid burns, but if you are in a rush, it has a little yellow button in the middle that with LOADS OF CARE, please, BE CAREFUL while doing this: Press the yellow button and twist in a zig zag mode the cap until the yellow button goes all the way down. Then very carefully, start opening the cap and let the steam to release slowly until you can't hear anymore steam coming out, so you can safely unscrew the cap and refill the water. *PLEASE HANDLE THIS STEP WITH CARE AND STAY SAFE. The reason I only give 4 stars is because I tried to iron my curtains and it was pouring water from the iron head, and I don't know why, because the machine was really really hot, maybe I haven't found the right way to use it yet as it was my first time using the machine, but I might contact the seller about this issue. Some stains on my carpet tiles that weren't come off with a carpet cleaner, they came off yesterday with minimal effort. I add a bit of carpet cleaning solution to the water just to have a little of fresh smell to the cleaning. I think this machine is really good for the price and cleans wonders. The pressure of the steam is strong, temperature is really hot, you can feel it from the handle tube. To me it does not look like a toy, yes, it's plastic, but most carpet cleaners, hoovers etc are plastic too, so nothing wrong with that. I have a disability and to be able to clean without getting on my knees or bending is a must and this machine makes things so easy for me. It has a window cleaner tool, two brushes, one metallic and the other kind of hard plastic bristles, the ironing head with its fabric cover, a thin steam head for corners, skirting boards, and other narrow places, the floor head with a microfiber cloth and a little wheel that you can attach at the back of the machine to put roll the cable away. Overall I love this machine and I couldn't stop cleaning lol, but then I regreted it as I overworked myself and I end up in pain, but this was my fault 😅 I would really recommend this product.

It’s works very well to remover the stain removal , heat level is fantastic , the steam cleaner is everyday use ease of use .

I need to send it back. It started steaming, I got about 15 mins of steam to begin with , it stopped working. I emptied the water let it cool down and started again . It worked for about 3 mins then just stopped steaming once again. I,m really dissapointed in this machine. It takes ages to heat up and cool down.

Firstly my Karcher blew up and I didn’t want to spend a great deal of money for a new one. I purchased this as a cheep alternative with the hope it will preform well. Firstly this is a cumbersome model. The chord is now way long enough, nor the hose which attaches to the extension handles and accessories. The water tank section is a nightmare to fill in. It comes with a plain jug with no measurements, so you don’t know how much water to put into the tank. The jug nozzle does not fit into the hole for the water tank, thus making pouring water into the tank virtually impossible without spilling water. The hidden compartment which can hold a few of the accessories will only hold them when the flap is up, but does not store them when not in use because of the design. I would say it does not give you a deep clean, but satisfactory for general mopping. The customer care service is crap, I tried to register this and received no email in return. The extension handles are no way long enough to reach my high bathroom wall tiles, I have to elevate the entire machine to reach them, which can get quite hot on the handle and will role off because of the wheels. Badly designed. Belaco needs to look after its customers and take on the feedback, because their is plenty of competition out there!
