Pop goes the band
First use. Literally the movement I did with Redgefit. Thought maybe it was a bad band. Tried with another. Turns out they are just cheap and no good for the task.

Excellent Addition to your Home Gym
This product is awesome. Works great. I wish you could find more video workouts. But the product itself it super durable. Iโm 5โ4โ and my husband is 6โ4โ and we both can use it. I wish there were marks on the straps when adjusting them between workouts, but thatโs super minor. I love the easy of putting this product together and itโs a great addition to change up my workout routine.

Good for traveling, not a lot of time, and not a lot of space.
It works. It's a portable home gym. If you don't have access or the timevto go to an actual gym, you can get a decent full body workout with this, and it's easily portable. I do wander how it will hold up over time, though.
