THIS REVIEW OS FOR THE G231
This review is for the g231. Personally I believe these are the best headphones when it comes to head stage in this price range. I play rainbow six siege and bought these for PlayStation and as soon as I got these I loved them over any turtle beach. I believe these have identical quality head stage if not a fraction less than my astro a40s I use for xbox. I can easily hear what room someone is in or whether they are a floor above or below or in front or behind. Bass is pretty apparent too but not overpowering and is rich. Comfort is whatever to be honest. Best headset on the market today in this price range. Will improve gaming for fps and such.

Most comfortable headset I've ever owned, but a few minor flaws
UPDATE: 5/20/2019. Logitech has replaced these twice for me, as my mic mute button keeps stopping working, and the static noise gets progressively worse. Unfortunately, the creaking plastic hasn't gotten any better either. Here's to hoping I can find a better quality pair that are as comfortable as these.I work customer service, and am an online gamer, so I know my way around headsets on both ends of price and quality spectrum. I needed a new headset to replace my Razer one, just to have something different. This one had decent qualities and was at a good, medium price point. The biggest thing for me is comfort. I'm wearing my headset 10-12 hours per day and this thing is the most comfortable headset I've ever worn, it doesn't squeeze my head, but doesn't feel like it's going to fall off, it fits perfectly OVER my ears with my glasses on, with room to breathe. I sometimes forget it's there. It's lightweight, without feeling too cheaply made, but it is plastic, so it does creak a bit here and there when I move my head sometimes, but I'm finding that the more I break it in, the less it creaks. It has really great audio quality, I'm able to hear my customers just fine without having to have my volume at max, and my game sounds come through flawlessly. There is a tiny bit of static with mic recording, but can easily be fixed with a few adjustments of settings on my pc.My biggest issue here is the mic mute or on/off switch and volume control switch. It's a sliding button you push up and down and isn't nearly as convenient as a push button. There is also a lot of static when I even touch the switch. Now when gaming, I leave my mic on and just use the push to talk feature in game, so I don't notice it often. However, when I'm working, I am turning my mic on and off several times during a call, and this static is really annoying. It does come through on the call recordings as well, it isn't noticeable to my customers, but it is an issue for me. I also have this same static noise when I'm adjusting the volume. Which brings up the other issue of that switch wearing out. I just replaced this headset because my switch stopped working and I'm unable to unmute the mic anymore, so I gave it to my nephew for headphones. Keep in mind that it was very heavily used every day.Overall, it's a wonderful headset, for price, quality, and comfort. The only thing I would change about it is the switch, I would love it if they replaced it with a push button like some of their other headsets.

This headset is great for anygamer
This headset is great for anygamer!I personally have owned a Logitech G930 headset for 2 years+, and I was looking for a gift for someone, and knowing I loved the logitech brand I went for this one.Pros:- The design of the headset itself is great, its not super dark, the grey and orange look really nice together.- It is comfortable for hours, even if you have glasses, which is one of the main things I was looking for when searching for a headset, as the biggest issue most headsets have, is they cause discomfort when wearing glasses.- The mic and sound quality are as expected.- The cord is super long, you shouldn't need it any longer!- This headet DOES work for PC, Playstations, Xbox, etc!Cons- None yet :)

Comfortable
Great headset, works well and fits nicely. Sides pivot and align to individual head shape. The ear cups are large and deep and well cushioned. I get headaches from wearing anything on my head, hats, glasses, whatever I just start to notice it then get annoyed then it hurts. Some things take longer, some bad headsets and heavy glasses and it hurts right away. The G231 take many hours to start to have that effect, comparable to my Sony Studio headphones for playing guitar. I am very satisfied with them, they match or exceed the quality of ear comfort in similar products at the same price range that I have owned in the past.

Very clear on quality but not very loud plus there is no base.
Firstly, let me state that I use this with my iPhone 7 Plus to play PUBG mobile. The quality in comparison to my iphone's packaged earphones is better - but it is not the best.Pros:I can hear distinctly where footsteps, gunshots etc. are coming from. The microphone quality is very good as well. There is little to no capture of background noise.Cons:The headphone consistently slides forward or backward when I move my head in either of those directions. So I have to keep my head upright at all times to avoid that (kind of annoying). It is not truly noise cancelling, but has the potential to be if I use something to pin down the headphones to my ears. All in all - I prefer it way more than my iphone earphones.

Works wonderful and as advertised
Works perfectly. The sound is good with the 40mm drivers, and the microphone is good quality. One of the best headphones you can get for around $50. It even came a day earlier than expected. Quality is 9/10 though, as the plastic sometimes squeak. It took a while for the foam on the headband to not hurt my head (about 2 days) but now it feels perfect.

Squeaky like a mouse and just as annoying
Best way to describe these is “squeaky”.As the other guy pointed out, something is screwy with the joint that allows the headphones to twist. I could hear it all the time, plastic on plastic squeaking, it was grating and awful. So I just sent them back and got a pair of hyper x cloud cores. Well worth the few extra dollars. In comparison, hyper x makes you think these Logitechs should be at the dollar general.

Good headphones
Nice headphones but I wish they went a little louder. I use them on PS4 and even with the volume controls turned all the way up on both my system settings and the headphones themselves, I feel like they need to be a little louder. The sound quality is very good though and the microphone works well. They do feel a little flimsy but I'm gentle with them and have had no issues with anything breaking.
