Works for me.
I bought these as I couldn't stand the taste and texture of the syrup. It was way too sweet. With this I can just take one-a-day and not two as again it can be sickly sweet, but not as bad as the syrup. I actually really like this and doesn't feel as if I'm taking an immuno-support supplement.

I think they work
I often just buy elderberry juice or make my own syrup from either fresh or dried elderberries. But when I haven’t got the time to make some or I’m going away for a few days and don’t want to take a liquid with me, these are perfect. I haven’t caught any bugs while I’ve been taking these, so I assume they are effective. But they are very sweet. I don’t know why manufacturers always feel that gummy supplements have to be sooooooo sweet. For that I’ve knocked off one star.
