Q: Manuf. details say "choose your color" i purchased item and it arrived with only black pads, nor was i offered the opp. choose color at t.o.p.?

I also only received black pads. I didn’t even realize there were other options

Q: The nipples on the pads are not pulling through the holes as shown on the video on the Gill S2 manufacturer website. Any tips or tricks please?

Unfortunately I had the same issue. I used a hammer to hammer it through and used the needle nose pliers to pull it all the way through. I recommend a rubber mallet but if you have a hammer it works. The construction is strong and won’t break.
