I love ruby chocolate, just that pink colour makes it very appealing, and that berry-like hint is just the ice on the cake. I always buy it for my cakes and macarons but I could eat it on its own drop by drop! Careful, it's addictive

I got this with the white chocolate bag too to use in my hotel hot chocolate maker but I wish I got just the normal milk chocolate as the natural raspberry flavour isn't grate and doesn't really come though when mixed with the milk. the ruby chocolate taste grate on its own so that's why I gave it a 4/5. i may use this on something else or just eat them out the bag like a real tree pig

Unusual chocolate but tastes lovely. I use in chocolate making as decoration rather than to make the whole chocolate from.

I melted some of these chocolate chips to use as a drip effect on a cake I made recently and it worked well! They’re full of colour and flavour and I can’t wait to see what else I can use them to decorate!

I've seen some reviews saying they've had bad luck with it arriving in a melted blob. My own experience (in Autumn) is that its arrived in very good condition. The chocolate is exactly how I remember the KitKats tasting from a couple of years back too. I think its good in small nibble amounts, but not to my strong preference to eat a lot of! Great for sharing or making chocolates to share, to have an experience of it! :)
